MyShofer picked me up in San Francisco on a busy Thursday night at 10pm a couple of weeks ago to take me to SFO. The driver phoned my at 9:45pm to let me know he was already outside. This was awesome in that I was catching an international flight and he got me there well on time. What I like about MyShofer is that I can make a reservation and it does not cost much more than a cab ride. I few months ago, I reserved a ride w/ Yellow Cab and they never showed up - for an airport pick up! They were supposed to pick me up at 10pm, at 10:30pm I speak to a Yellow cab dispatcher and he tells me they will have a cab out "as soon as we can". Anyway, the point is, a car service company such as MyShofer is worth more to me than any cab company in town, and, their prices are definitely affordable and their drivers reliable. read more

I've had pretty good experiences with them in the past but was recently picked up 30 minutes late because of "traffic" which did not exist. I could've taken a taxi and been home from the airport by the time MyShofer had arrived. read more

Our nonprofit organization hosted a conference in SF recently; we contracted MyShofer to pick up and drop off several of our conference speakers at the airport. MyShofer was patient and flexible as our plans changed a few times, and the drivers were always on time. Our VIP guest speakers praised the service as being reliable and friendly and even a little luxurious (driver meet-and-greet is a nice touch). Rates were reasonable, consistent and included tax. We were able to pay for several trips in one fell swoop too, so the whole process was pretty seamless. Not bad but I felt that my conversations with the scheduling office were never clear and precise. There was too much variation between conversations and too much "negotiation" for me (SFO to Fisherman's Wharf - family of 5). It didn't leave me with a confident good feeling. read more

I am rarely satisfied enough with any service to actually leave a positive review, call me high maintenance, if you will, but I'm hard to please. Myshofer has redefined "great service" for me in every sense. I loved this company! Taking cabs in the city truly scares me. Most of them drive as if they're on crack. I mean, really, who gives permits to these people?? Oh the stories I could tell! But moving on to Myshoffer. The driver arrived on time and sent me a text message to notify me. Great start! The car. Brand new, clean, smelled fresh! No disgusting sweat stench here as one often encounters in SF. Did I mention I'm a germaphobe? The driver was polite and helpful. Opened my door and helped me in when he saw me limping. He was a perfect gentleman the whole time. Such a courteous, friendly fellow! I will definitely use Myshofer again for future traveling needs. The driver was on time (actually when we left the building he was already there waiting for us), very polite, professional, with no rush and the car was in a very good shape. I decided to try MyShofer.com based on online reviews. I was accompanying my wife on a trip to attend her big professional meeting for the year. This was our first experience with MyShofer.. We came away very impressed. We scheduled a pickup at SFO, and a ride back to the airport at the end of our stay. Both drivers were right on time, both were very personable, their vehicles clean and safe. We really couldn't ask for more. My wife and I felt very good about both rides. Misled by all of the glowing reviews, on 7/5/16 I purchased online a 6:00 am, 7/10/16 ride to SFO, paying for the ride and tip with a credit card. I was waiting for outside my house in San Francisco, with my wife from 5:50 until 6:20 this morning, and no one showed up. I called their number (844-436-6410) several times and got only an automated response. I finally left a message and sent an email to cancel the reservation, and called Airport Taxi, which arrived in less than 15 minutes, and got me to SFO in time for my flight (and at a lower price than My Shofer). Based on this nerve-wracking experience, I would not recommend My Shofer, and the high ratings online are unwarranted. read more

After reading stellar reviews on Yelp I decided to try out My Shofer for a ride from San Francisco to Marin.I called to make a reservation.I got a fair price and an option on black Prius which I found pretty cool. I must say that company has the BEST Customer Service.Not only I got the same day reservation but the awesome guy on the phone was very helpful and re-scheduled the time of the ride twice due to few "hiccups" in my schedule . We had an early morning pick up to the airport @ 4:30. The driver has arrived 5 min earlier and sent us text message. When we came out he was waiting by the car with open door and took the luggage from our hands right away.
