He couldn't answer very basic questions about what the store had... After I got the thing out of the case I pointed to another glass case closer to the register that I needed him to open. As I was doing this another person came in and instead of helping me finish getting my things to get out of there he proceeded to help them instead. Overall not great customer service and really turned off by my overall experience. It does appear they have a ton of really cool things inside the store. I am open to returning as it may have just been a bad day for said employee.
