She is almost never working or helping around the shop. Her employees do everything only to get treated really poorly. Rips off her customers with insane prices, promising results that will never come true. I have witnessed drug dealers come into the business after hours with drugs & they would do the swap out for the cash. Large amounts of it I may add. I have the proof & will be forwarding it to the police. I haven't reached out to them yet simply because I have been bullied by this owner in the past with threats to take me to court or sue me, but enough is enough. This review is to simply to warn poor future customers & employers to stay away. The whole business is a fake, just to cover up her drug money. I'm not sure how she is even still in business. Save your time, sanity & money & steer very clear of Epic Gems & Extensions. You'll thank me later.

I usually don't leave reviews but when they did my lashes, they felt like plastic and there was so…read moremuch glue applied and no finesse that they clumped together and were going every which way. On top of that for the three weeks until my lash removal was scheduled every time my eyes watered they would sting like I got jalapeño in my eyes. This has never happened anywhere else I've got lashes done and my new lash technician assured me that if i kept going there serious damage would be done to my lashes. Super unimpressed
