I run a dental practice and because I book appts appropriately the wait, if any, is never more than 10 or 12 minutes. They might be jamming people in on the doctors orders but either way it's not right, my time is just as valuable as his. I went in for a simple outer ear infection. The drops he gave me were very costly, so I called to ask for something different. I did not get a call back and had to call 2 more times before I could get a new Rx. Definitely not going back. BTW I am not from San Francisco as it shows I am from Plainview.

I've brought my son here and they they gave me an honest answer that he was not allergic to anything. I actually needed to go and they found minor allergies in me but actually took a step further to investigate what caused my reaction since my allergies are not severe and my reaction was. I feel I'm in good hands and I left with peace of mind. The receptionist are unbelievably kinder than most doctors offices. The doctors take time to talk to you. Im grateful for the experience. My search (nearby my office) led me to AALI. I had seen this place a few times before but never bothered to check them out. I quickly called them to make an appointment and they took me the same day. Luckily, they are willing to work their hours around their patients so they were able to see me at 5:30. I printed out the forms online and met with Jodie. She was very kind and funny and thoroughly went through my medical background with me. She made sure she understood why I was there and what I needed to be treated for. She's very gentle with her application of the needles (then again acupuncture never actually hurts). She explained what the different points do and let me lay with a bunch of needles hanging out my back, arms, and legs for 20 minutes. I felt fantastic after. Their prices are very fair and they offer a set of 3 sessions for $150. I will definitely be back.
