We purchased a kitchen at Hoffner. The kitchen delivery was postponed many times and 1 time the kitchen that got delivered didn't fit because of a measurument mistake of Höffner employees. Afterwards we had to wait 6 more weeks for a new kitchen to be delivered and we had to make many calls and even had to visit the shop 2 times to make this happen at all. When they installed the right kitchen in the end, they forgot 1 part and because of this we couldn't use the kitchen for another 6 weeks. Again we had to make many calls to get this new installment appointment. After the first 6 weeks delay they offered a compensation we found too low at that point. After another 6 weeks delay they still offer the same compensation, like those extra 6 weeks didn't happen or didn't care. In this process we had to call with so many different deparments that don't communicate with each other, that we spend many hours getting updates and getting new delivery and installment dates. read more

This is the worst customer service! After ordering a bed on 26/2/22, I still did not receive my bed. There has been delay after delay. Customer service is rude on the phone. Don't order any furniture here. read more

We have had an absolutely horrendous experience with Hoeffner. We decided to buy a new sofa in September and dragged our 3 year old daughter to the store. We found a sofa that we loved and I told an associate that we were ready to buy a sofa and he rudely told me everyone was busy and we would have to wait. We sat down and were going to leave and he came back with a sales associate, apologized and gave us certificates for free drinks. We bought the sofa and were verbally told it would be sent to us within 7 weeks. The contract said 9 weeks but we were stressed and stupid and didn't notice it. Almost 12 weeks later we still have no sofa. At week 9 I called and asked where the sofa was and customer service said their supplier hadn't provided any information so they didn't know and I needed to call back. At week 10 I called back and they said the sofa would be delivered by the supplier that week and Hoeffner could deliver it a week or so later. I pushed back and they scheduled the pick up of our old sofa this past Friday and delivery of the new sofa this past Saturday. One thing did go right, our old sofa was picked up. A few hours after our old sofa was gone, Hoeffner called and said the supplier hadn't delivered the sofa, so they couldn't deliver it as planned and would try for another 10 days later. Customer service has been terrible, saying it is the supplier, they can't do anything. Meanwhile, we are waiting MONTHS for a very basic sofa. I don't trust that we will get the sofa anytime soon. We have filed a claim for breach of contract but I doubt anything will come of that. If you want decent customer service at the store or during the delivery process or your product in any sort of reasonable time frame, don't shop at Hoeffner! read more
