The restaurants serves excellent gourmet burgers and salads. The ingredients are fresh and sauces are homemade. The restaurant is definitely better than an American burger chain and right on par with an American gourmet burger restaurant with excellent service and friendly staff.

My wife's hand bag with valuables were stolen while having breakfast in the restaurant within the hotel building, no CCTV camera in the restaurant, and staffs were not very helpful in tracing the lost handbag, there were warning in the hotel saying the risk of mugging and stealing, can you believe it can happen within the hotel building? most unsafe place to stay. We wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Even at Christmas. I travel most of the time for work. While I don't feel at home in this hotel, I do like it and will probably stay again if necessary or I want the pool. Everything is Extra. No personal touches to make you feel welcome. Even replenishing coffee is 6.00. and that's when we didn't have housekeeping once this week as they were banging on the door at 8am. While this is a business trip, I'm working different hour's so 8 am didn't work for me. The restaurant staff are very nice, too busy at times and need more, too quiet mostly so they understaff. Check-in can be a disaster. I've never seen or experienced anything so slow. On every visit. God forbid you get behind a crew. They don't even make eye contact to acknowledge your presence. Even as a maratim member, price's are better online and with free cancellation then that's the way I've been booking. Staff cannot match the online price to save the company paying a fee which I think is a terrible business practice but it shows the level of corporate environment here.
