From beds to cabinets to tables you name it, Furniture Kingdom II have all of these in stock. For a furniture store, the prices here are decent and are much cheaper than what you would find in furniture retail shops. What I will also say is that the quality of items on offer here are particularly good and this place is well worth a visit. It is a big store although there were some cramped areas. Staff are excellent and they will happily help you out. Having spoken to the staff here, I got the impression that they really are passionate about the company they work for. They also care about their customers as well which is great to see. And I'll also say you can have plenty of banter with them. A decent furniture store and one shop I might well visit again.

All this stuff if located upstairs in the store which is very near to Centenary Square. Downstairs is a mixture of lighting, kitchen ware and funky wallpapers. Habitat stuff is extremely well made and they often collaborate with designers on their wallpaper designs and other bits and pieces. The prices vary, so really they have something for everyone. Even if you don't own your own home I would recommend popping by incase you want to jazz up your bedroom with a new vase, candles or picture.

Regardless, my mom had her heart set on two new sofas for the house and she had the wonderful pleasure of my company.. From the outside, I wasn't too impressed, unlike my mom, I'll ask a million and one question before purchasing something, especially when it costs more than a tenner, or in this case a few hundred quid. Fortunately on our visit, there was a sale, but I still had my doubts over a furniture shop... On Broad Street. I began to interrogate a member of staff, which in all fairness was of no use at all, but he was as helpful as could be and thankfully, my mom knew which one she wanted, we paid for it and left. The staff there for quick, efficient and overall friendly, proving my initial doubts wrong.

Although they currently have a 30% discount on, and you can save a fair bit off the price tag on the full price items, it's worth going in even if just for a browse. They offer everything that you could possibly need for your home, from tables and chairs, dining tables, sofas, cabinets, lamps, mirrors, lighting arrangements and chandeliers, with some elegant designs and styles. Be a bit careful as you walk round. Some of the stuff is quite closely packed and you feel like your foot is going to catch on something or more likely, that you'll fall over. It's nice how the furniture is arranged as if it were in an actual real room setting. Some good ideas if your planning a makeover. Good service and helpful staff.

If you're looking for a unique home design fix, this is the place to be! I have looked for a new coffee table over past few weeks and I was glad to find some gorgeous samples at Fragile Design. As their collection includes an exclusive and stunning memorabilia, it's likely to be undecided about what to get. The pottery decorative pieces are amazing and this is just a snapshot of what you can expect from this shop. There are pieces and prices affordable for all kinds of pockets and honestly, for an outstanding vintage shop like this; I didn't find it expensive at all. Fragile Design is placed at Custard Factory, inside the Zellig building, and it's open from Tuesdays to Saturdays (from 10am to 5.30pm) and Sundays, Mondays and Tuesday by making an appointment in advance.

However, I'm glad I made it inside this wonderful oasis of 20th century furniture! It looks like the house I grew up in with furniture of browns, greens and oranges and yet the furniture looks new. Most items have been refurbished to look like new but still distinctly retro. I was after a very large but unique lampshade and what they actually sell are new ones (albeit made with vintage materials) I thought it was odd that the gentleman didn't take my details to sell me one but instead gave me a flyer of the designer in London that makes them. Fragile Design do offer 'looking for something' form on their website so the store is fantastic if you have something very particular in mind, as I tend to when it comes to furnishings.
