She said she was the store manager. They have a policy to assist guests who ordered online first. I went in and only one person was behind the counter. There were two of us waiting It was not busy. Instead of helping those inline, they waited until people walked in and if they ordered online, they all went ahead of us. That's their policy, to help those that ordered online first. Finally, another guest asked if anyone else was working, she said, they are all in the back. When I questioned the policy, I was told that's their policy. I could have ordered online too, but chose to come in person. Why is the person that ordered online more important than the people who come in? The manager said I was being confrontational when I said that it kind of upset me that she kept calling people ahead of me that just walked in. Isn't my money as good as theirs? Plus, I took the time to come in, I could go anywhere, but I always loved going in and never treated so bad before. It honestly hurt my feelings because I didn't recognize anyone, and not the friendly experience as normal. And treated like a second class citizen. Hopefully management changes.

Con: they aren't taking credit cards so you'll either have to take cash out at a machine of your choosing (they have a machine but expect a 4 service charge) or you must use the CanPay app. Unfortunately using can pay you'll have to set it up, which takes 3-5 days to validate your account, so don't plan to use it if you haven't set it up and verified deposits) The con really isn't a big deal for me. I prefer their oil over Truleive, so it's no big deal.

Today I went in and I was confused so I had a question and I possibly was wrong but the young lady that helped me was not only rude, but just threw me off to another co-worker while he was helping another patient . She rolled her eyes at me wouldn't even answer my question just demanded that I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm sorry to the patient that had to wait while Steven stepped in and handle the situation professionally with patience and grace and THAT is the type of team I'm used to seeing here at AYR. I don't personally know who she is. She has helped me out a couple of times and every time she's helped me out she's never had a smile on her face, but today the fact that she would treat a patient so rudely, even if I was wrong, she was out of line to act the way she did and completely unprofessional.
