The staff is what will bring me back, honestly the nurses and doctor makes you feel welcomed and at home. Naturally I'm not too keen on needles but my experience here was relaxing! The painted beach background is a nice touch where you can lounge and listen to music! After my detox and vitamin fusion to my surprise I felt rejuvenated. This office is a classic example of how to overpromise and underdeliver. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, and I've been reassured by Ashley (who scheduled my appointment) that a doctor will be on site, and staff will be nurse practitioners and physician assistants with over 15 years of experience. When I come in for my appointment, there is only one girl available with a couple of years of experience. The way she was answering my questing as if I was asking about weather, the answers were very uncertain. Who would let anyone with so little experience inject their face? Needless to say, I just left. What a waste of my day! When I confronted their staff about their misleading practices, they just kept denying everything and turned the story as if they denied the service to me. Wow. Not only are they misleading, they're straight up liars. This is as shady as it gets. REPLY TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT: Looks like your strategy is an attack to defend yourself... There was no erratic behavior, and no one asked me to leave. I was in disbelief by the incompetency of the staff and left because of that. I was clearly misinformed prior to my appointment that the MD will be on site, and he wasn't. I was also told that the staff has over 15 years of experience, but the girl who was going to inject my face has a couple of years of experience. Laser hair removal results blew me away! Safia is the queen Safia is absolutely amazing with her technique, her degree of thoroughness, her efficiency and her knowledge of the process. I can't believe I didn't do this years ago, my quality of life has completely changed. I've been shaving my chest since I was 18 and then, over time, added my legs, arms and everything else. When I hit my 40's the back hair started coming in which is unreachable so I would have to deal with getting it waxed every 3 weeks for $80 or bother someone in my family to do it (which they abhorred). It's way more comfortable not having body hair, and, it's way cooler under clothing with no sloppy perspiration - especially in South Florida. The problem is, it became a giant pain in the ass to manage and even when I shaved there was a stubble resonant that would catch on my clothing. I spent hours per month shaving, there was no such thing as a quick shower if I needed to go out. Frustrating, time consuming and not perfect. After seeing Safia in the FIRST SESSION, I could feel the hair starting to thin. By the third session, the hair was almost all gone (still needing a few more reinforcing treatments) and I am SMOOTH. There is no stubble. The hair is gone, there are a few patches which take about 1 minute to shave and I can enjoy my shower without having to "work" which was the pattern over all these years. Soon the remaining patches will be gone also. Nuvo has BY FAR THE BEST PRICING, I've been quoted hair removal many times, but I wasn't willing to pay $10,000+ to get this done (paying monthly is super easy). Their pricing is way less and Safia just crushes it with the way she charts out each section of the body, treats and moves to the next. The good news is that I'm glad I waited for Safia to be the one to treat me, that bad news is that I am infuriated that it took me this long to find her, I wish I found her 20 years ago. read more

I was looking on yelp for a b12 injection after feeling like crap for a few days with a fever. I messaged Nüvo You and heard back from the owner almost instantly. He helped pick out which IV's would be best. When I got to the location, Lilliette was amazing!! Although I did not get the full Nüvo experience during my first visit, I was lucky enough to chat with Andre. I came in desperate need of a Flu/Migraine IV but after my assessment we determined my symptoms were too far gone for an IV treatment. I left Nüvo and went straight to an Urgent Care. Turns out I had an infection that could not have been treated without prescription meds. Andre, was honest and very professional & although he did encourage an IV, just Incase... he also allowed me to make my own decision. My experience at Nüvo was great. I was starting to feel a little sick and run down when I went to Nüvo You. I had heard about this place from friends and decided to give it a try. I arrived with an appointment and was immediately taken care of and started on my IV. Mark did such a great job placing the IV and talking me through the process. Once the IV was started I sat in a lounge area with a tv and watched shows on netflix while I got my fix. The lounge area is so accommodating, they have blankets, eye masks & ear plugs (if you wanna take a nap), water, Gatorade and even la croix! The atmosphere is also very friendly and relaxing. Mark and Ashley did a great job at making sure I was feeling okay throughout the visit. While, I was there they had a small rush of walk-ins but quickly took care of everyone. Once my bag was done, I felt so relaxed but energized, ready to continue the rest of my day. When I woke up the next day, I felt amazing and never actually came down with a cold. So at 31 years old, on the day before thanksgiving my body decided to betray me. I woke up with a severe allergic reaction quickly developing and I was completely COVERED in hives from my scalp, my face, down to my feet. I was freaking out. I did a quick online search and found that a steroid shot would probably be the best course of action. Not wanting to spend the next 6-8 hours in an emergency room scratching myself raw, I looked into other options. The lovely, talented, and angel from heaven Physician Assistant Ashley Calvo was at my house within the hour. She was so informative, gentle, and kind. She gave me the steroid shot as well as an IV for hydration and to cleanse my system of whatever was causing this allergic reaction. Within hours my entire body had almost completely cleared up, the itching had subsided and I had my normal life back.
