3.5 because the drinks were not good to me, but they have a really cool vibe here and my friends still enjoyed their drinks. I came here upon the remodel and it seems like they added new recipes. Personally the drinks were not that tasty to me. I like to get 0% sugar and their jasmine milk tea without sugar tasted too floral for me.

This place is always super busy and parking can be a bit rough but there's plenty of street parking. The inside was spacious and the kiosks didn't work so we ordered with the cashier. I've been loving n7 for years and whenever I would go, I would either get their nitro jasmine milk tea, assam milk tea or strawberry hussle with their pandan waffle! I saw that this location recently finished remodeling and offers a variety of matcha options so I had to check it out :3 I got the pistachio matcha and my friend got the matcha einspanner. It was okay. Not my favorite but not bad either (3/5). I do like the other matcha options in the same plaza more. I do like that they have a cute photo booth and we paid $8 for 2 photo strips :) If i come back it would be for the milk teas or fruit teas!

I used to got N7 a lot even before they reopened, but they've gotten even better. The interior is really nice and super spacious, which makes it the perfect place to study or hang out. They even have a photo booth, which is really cute and trendy. For drinks, my friend got the black sesame matcha and it was so nutty and rich, and I got the strawberry milk tea, which was super creamy and just really good. They're also really generous with their portions, so the sizes feel worth it. The service is great too. Everything comes out quickly, and the staff are really friendly.

I love the renovations! They also added new drinks to the menu, customer service is about the same (great), and the drinks never disappoint! They added a photo booth and it's $8. Minimalist decor, plenty of seating is still available, but the lighting is completely different compared to previous layout and I'm loving it! Definitely come check them out if you haven't ^.^

Omg! Crazy how much N7 has changed! I like it back then but I like it even more now. The vibe is so nice, it feels so much brighter and more welcoming now. The service was great, she was so helpful and they recommended the matcha banana drink, which I loved. It tasted really good and wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated. Super happy with my experience and I'd definitely come back again to try the banana milk drink next time!

I saw that they've remodeled and revamped their menu so I wanted to give them a try after not having them for so long. Matcha is all the rage right now so I tried the pistachio matcha. I absolutely loved it. I asked for less ice, less sweetness and it was just perfect for me. The place is now much brighter and roomy. Plenty of seating to sit and hang with friends. I stopped by March 19, 2026 and they're currently running a 20% off all drinks for their reopening. Would definitely recommend trying them out especially with the discount to see if you like their new, revamped menu

Came back here after their renovations. They're doing the neutral beige minimalist aesthetic; definitely a brighter look from their previous decor. Plenty seating and more spacious. Photo booth room is hidden inside the mirror door, not free (payment is on the left side). Re-opening day promos were free house assam milk tea and 20% off. FYI: cup sizes definitely changed and vary based on the drink you're getting Drinks: House Milk Tea (Assam) with honey boba, 75% sweet, less ice. - It's sweet, I recommend 50% or lower - Boba is soft and chewy :)

I've been to N7 a few times and this time my friend wanted to try their matcha menu. I guess they were doing a 20% off discount because they were open again after the remodeling. The place definitely looks more modern and more neutral colors. I got the Matcha Einspanner and my friend got the Matcha Pistachio. The drinks came out to $6 because of the discount. But the cups were small. Kinda bummed about that. I thought my drink was pretty creamy but my friend said hers could have been better. Service was pretty quick. There's a new Photo Booth they added and it was $8 for two strips. Super cute idea! Wish the plaza this place was in had better parking because on weekends it can get really busy.

Came here after the reopening and remodeling and the inside looks super aesthetic with lots of seating and a cute little photobooth! We ordered right away and the worker was super nice. The Matcha was yummy but the cream top was interesting tasting. The watermelon breeze was made a little not sweet enough. Still yummy!

N7 is a great spot for solid milk tea, my favorite being the Jasmine milk tea. I've been going here since high school and it never disappoints. It just got recently renovated and they are having a 20% all drinks promotion. The menu got completely revamped and they are now pushing for matcha and coffee drinks, but the classic N7 drinks are still available. The interior is now a complete 180 from the broody, dark interior that I was so used to. There's a lot of seating and it looks like a nice spot to sit, chat, and study. Service is also always fast. I'll definitely be back soon to try their matcha drinks. Make sure to come check out N7 for their reopening!

I stopped into Paloma Plaza to get...a milk tea. What else!?! I noticed their windows had that brown paper covering the windows and no lights were on. I walked closer to see their notice. "Remodeling in progress..." Excited to see what their new chapter is!?

N7 just remodeled with a complete makeover and many new menu items including matcha and phin dripped coffee! They are currently doing 20% off. There's a photobooth in the corner on the right of the entrance which is unique and fun. Cashier was patient and attentive while we were deciding what to order. I went with the pistachio matcha and my sister went with the house milk tea with lychee jelly. She really enjoyed it and missed this drink while they were still remodeling. The pistachio matcha was very creamy and thick, with a stronger matcha flavor than I expected but not bitter or harsh. I enjoyed it with less sweetness. Pistachio cream was nutty but not too overpowering so it felt just right. Personally, I prefer the old look that N7 had. The interior and overall design back then made the brand more distinctive and iconic. However, the cafe feels like a cute place with a softer aesthetic to study and hang out at now. We're glad N7 is open again and can't wait to try more new drinks!

I had to fight a small child to keep her from stealing my milk tea! That's how good it is.

Nitro. Milk. Tea. Oh, you need more motivation to go here? N7 is a fantastic boba and tea house in East San Jose, just a bit off the 101. From the outside, you may not think they were open, but entering, you'll be greeted to some very cool wooden furniture, and lots of seating! When I walked in, there was a guy doing a Youtube or TikTok video, microphone, lighting, and everything. No clue who it was, I was just there for the tea! This place is in the competing for top 5 tea shops ever. It might even be top 1. A lot of places are good, but are they Banana Cream Matcha good? Are the Honeydew Cream good? Are they Assam tea good? Are they flavors you've never thought of as a tea good? No? Exactly! The teas we got were beyond delicious, and so unique that I know I'd have to open up my own tea shop to get these if I can't make it to N7. If you live or are visiting the SF Bay Area, check this place out!

    What are their hours?

    On 30th July,2021 , its open till 9 pm

    Average sweetness for milk teas?

The milk tea tastes like sweet milk, if you prefer to taste the flavor I recommend going with 50-75% sweetness

Anyone know if their milk teas actually have a good strong TEA flavor? A lot of these San Jose places dont have much tea taste in their milk " tea" .

Their jasmine MT kind of just tastes like sweet milk. If you want any tea flavor at all from this place, I'd suggest getting 25-50% sweetness.

    Are they currently hiring?

Staff tends to be fairly stable and many of their items friendly people who serve me have been here for some time. I generally find folks to be super helpful. I also trust their fish department - something I don't do at some of the other grocery stores. And, as I said,t heir meat department in general is quite good. The store is well stocked and well-run -- it's always a pleasant stop when I can drop in. I'd probably give it a 5th star if I could find a way to do most of my shopping there, which I just can't. But I love it nevertheless - even through the myriad name changes it's experienced over the past decade or so as they've somewhat inexplicably changed their name several times. (Mid-life crisis? Corporate shuffling? Reinvesting? Who knows? I just know that when I tell my wife I'm going to the store, I stumble through two names they used to have before I get to the right one.) I do recommend Silver Creek Community Market and, if you live nearby, please consider supporting this store with your business - it's so nice to have a decent grocery near your home.

Recently, I found myself craving it out of nowhere because I vividly remember loving their matcha milk tea. It used to be one of my go-to drinks. Wanting to satisfy my nostalgic craving, I decided to stop by yesterday. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the memory. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe, the ingredients, or maybe even just the preparation, but it definitely didn't taste like how I remembered it. So I guess it was honestly a bit disappointing, especially since I had such high expectations. I really wanted it to be as good as I remembered, but this visit just didn't hit the same. I've been going to this location since it first opened and they used to have jackfruit bits as a topping so to see the quality decline saddens me. 90% of the time I order on the app and pick up. They typically get my order right except during my most recent visit, they couldn't make the fried tofu because it was discontinued. If that were the case, I wished they'd just taken it off the app. They provided me the option of ordering something else of equivalent or get a refund so I just opted the former. This is where my second gripe comes in -- popcorn chicken. I had already ordered a large popcorn chicken and fries so I subbed my tofu order for a small popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was nothing but seems like the fried ends with barely any meat. Both fries and chicken here are so salty as if it was doused in fish sauce. Drinks here are subpar. I previously came here for an avocado avalanche and rather than a smoothie, it was crushed iced iced cubes with milk and avocado bits like smashed avocados but worse. During my recent trip along with the food debacle, I also ordered three drinks for my family: 32 oz blueberry blush, 32 oz peach me sweetea, and a 20 oz bootea shaker. Service here is...interesting. In my previous experience, I ordered a drink from here and as I'm sipping + driving out of the plaza, I realize my cup has a leak with a piece of plastic falling out so I go back in to ask for a replacement cup. Instead, they just put a second cup over it lol. During my most recent pick-up, the to-go trays could BARELY support the two 32 oz drinks so upon pick-up, I told the workers I will get the drinks and rushed out to just place the tray in my car. After getting the drinks and food then going home, I realized they forgot to put in a topping (that I paid extra for) in the bootea shaker. LE SIGH LOL. Not to mention my peach me sweetea tasted like pure sugar water despite adjusting to medium sweetness. I'm assuming it's probably because I had x2 boba but I've done this years ago at this location and it was never this sweet until recently. I give this location my good faith but I can only be bewildered so many times by the surprises that come with my order.

Each drink is hand-whisked, so well worth the wait. Their cold foams were delicious and super flavorful as well. I was so excited to try the mango sticky rice matcha, as I hadn't seen this flavor anywhere else. The drink has a creamy salted coconut milk cold foam on top and some mango puree and glutinous rice on the bottom. Once everything was mixed, the mango flavor does get lost unfortunately.
