Called back at 1:15 spoke to the same person that I spoke with this morning and was told there was nothing that could be done I would have to come back in when the provider I saw the day before instructed for me to do so. Then when I mentioned I was self pay and asked if I would have to pay for another visit I was put on hold then was told to give the meds three days and see if it gets better. Stay away from this place.

However, my most recent experience with office administrative procedures when attempting to schedule an MRI for my wife left a very bad taste in my mouth. I took a doctor's order into the center and was told that it had to be taken up with Central Scheduling. The lady at the desk faxed the order to Central Scheduling and led me to believe that they would be managing the pre-authorization and would contact my wife to make an appointment. Having heard nothing in 3 weeks, I returned to the Center and no one could find any record of the order. Whatever process is in place appears to be quite broken, and fortunately I have good alternatives for medical imaging that don't suffer the incompetence that I am seeing from NMHS.

They gave me no reason then some made a mistake. They could not do anything. Felt like the did not care at all. Even when I questioned the Co- Pay Amount. She offered the call and confirm that it was correct. Most places would get ugly with you about it. I have actually had them do it before. I didnt have a very long wait. They called me about 5 minutes past my actual appointment time. The nurse that did my Cat Scan with contrast, walked me through every step of the process. She also had a very good bedside manner. I was in and out with no problems. She even asked if I had anything else of concern. Even thought it was a specific test requested my a doctor. The inside was very clean and professional. The bathrooms were also very clean and stocked properly. The had handicap doorway. I would definitely return here and recommend this place highly!

We have been seen by Dr. Mitchell and his partner Dr. Blossom three times. Through these three visits we have been in the office 6 + hours and yet have totaled less than 10 minutes with the dr.s. I am not exaggerating on this. This is our first pregnancy. They do not offer advice, anticipate needs, give guidance, have a personal relationship with you, or ask you questions. They do not make being pregnant for the first time a memorable experience. We have moved on to another dr. * I would like to say that the office staff is on top of their game! If the back of the house staff had the friendly manor, time sensitive, professionalism and the individual respect as the office staff, this would be a rockin' place to go.
