The flavors were vibrant and clean: fresh pineapple, bright cilantro, perfectly seasoned meat, and you could even pick up subtle notes of cinnamon. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and genuinely authentic, not over-processed or masked with heavy sauces. What really stood out was the care. The staff checked on me while I was eating, genuinely wanting to make sure everything was right.
