Wow! This burger was SO good I forgot I was eating a burger! Service was friendly and quick and the restaurant itself was easy and clean. I'm really glad we have one in LA otherwise I'd come back to Austin next week for another one!

Great tasting burger! Line was pretty long on a weekend afternoon but the service was really quick. Perfect place to stop by to grab a bite and walk around the other to find other gems in the area.

Michelin Skateboarder burgers tucked away in Austin.... This little burger joint has its kitchen nestled between a busy bar strip and scooter parking. People pour out into the streets after placing their orders and leaving the compact restaurant. Open kitchen concept, you order immediately after walking in and then wait as the kitchen staff makes your burger. Fresh. Fries fried in beef tallow. Burgers and skateboard coloring pages line the walls along with the merch .... and the playlist bumps. Especially once the food comes out, idk it's like the music was enhanced or someone else hopped on the aux. the burgers ate fresh after 9pm (because happy hour, duh - $18 burger and fries) must be the best way. The cheese is melted perfectly, just enough jalapeños to give it flavor but not overwhelm you with spice and grilled onions. I didn't ask for any modifications and tbh for a burger next to bars after a good time, this is like the cherry on top. Honorable mention for this ketchup... it's not regular, is it Tony's? Idk but it's great with the fries. IPAs & Lagers also available. Staff was friendly. Yes, I can say this is a Michelin burger joint done right.

It's a very good burger. Excellent char on the meat. Soft brioche bun. Lots of sauce and cheese. A bit messy to eat but overall the taste is really good. The fries are outstanding. Lightly battered and very crunchy. Reminds me of Hide Park fries. Service was fine.

Amazing burger...but will warn you that it is a messy burger. I say that in a good way. I loved it with its fresh meat and gooey cheese. The fries were crispy on the outside but soft inside. The place has limited in-door seating so arrive early for lunch or dinner for a seat. Will come back!

This is one of the best burgers I've had in along time! By far earns it the 5 stars. Service was fine, nothing stellar, but they were nice and being as busy as it was we didn't wait exceptionally long. Def plan on either standing to eat or being in tight space. That's the vibe of the place.

Definitely one of the juiciest burgers I've had, but how could it not be when it's made out of wagyu ground beef?? Order at the counter and then take a seat at the bar or pick a table outside. The interior is a bit cramped but people eat pretty quickly so you'll likely be able to grab a seat once you're done ordering. The fries are also really good. I don't necessarily think it's worth the price point, but you are paying the premium for wagyu.

Did I fall for the influencers' hype? Yes Is this the best burger I ever had? No Is this still a really good burger? Yes Are the fries decent? Yes Are the ingredients fresh and poppin'? Yes Is it worth the wait in line? No Would it be better to have it ubered to skip the line? Absolutely

Service was great. The burgers were standard smash burgers, but the 16$ was a bit excessive. We spent 30$ for 1 burger, fries, and a jarrito.

Surprised to not see a line this evening. Around 8:42pm on a Monday. Only one person customer at the counter inside. Ordering was easy and took about five minutes or so before my food was ready. I took it to go and had no modifications. Jalapeños and pickles came off when I got in after trying a bite. The burger was cooked well, toppings worked well and the fries were also tasty. The store was clean and I was intrigued by the spices you could buy to take home. Friendly staff and efficient.

Food was really good but not amazing for the price. Two burgers and an order of fries ended up being around $40. I was excited to try it. The food was solid, but the atmosphere and customer service were pretty lackluster. I would go back with different expectations next time.

Finally got an opportunity to try out the famous Wagyu burger here and it did not disappoint. I love a good smash burger and it was wonderfully saucey, juicy and had crispy edges. Next time I would order the sauce on the side because the sauce and patty juices can make the burger a bit soggy. The fries were perfectly crispy. It is steep to spend $20 on a burger and fries but it's worth the treat. I also enjoyed their ketchup which seems to be homemade.

Such a good little burger spot! Was told to try this place out by a ATX local. Was spot on. Burger was bomb. Their fries are like crack as well as whatever their ketchup sauce is. But be warned you will definitely need a nap afterwards! Service is great, food came out quick and it's a nice cozy type of spot. Lots of skatevideos to watch on the tv and they also offer a few beers to choose from.

I came here also because I had a deal from the AACHI fundraiser they are doing this month. Ordered the Spicy Salmon toast and the Egg, Bacon, and Sausage toast. Both were amazing and had tons of flavor. The bread is soft and fluffy. I also got a plate with Chicken Kara-age. Not too bad, I personally would stick to the Katsu. The Chicken Kara-age was not as crispy as I would like it. Also got royal milk tea, which was lightly sweetened. This place does get packed, so if you like to try this place, avoid the right before noon crowd or go early morning or later in the afternoon. The restaurant itself is small, but they do have some outdoor tables as well. The hard part about sitting outside is if you order drinks, I don't know if you can hear your name being yelled out while you are outside, so I would suggest having someone inside to grab your drink if you order any or check inside after a while to see if your drinks are ready.

So we thought we would make a whole night of it. Tiffany did make reservations for us for 7pm and even though this is a bar hopping neighborhood, even at 7pm it was pretty busy. Streets were full of people. Anthem had a vibe. I felt the energy as soon as I waked in. The cozy booths with the U shaped seating with plush green velvet fabric. Wait staff wore Hawaiian shirts. Sitting up behind me on a ledge was the Easter Island statue. Insert (Night At The Museum) here, dumb dumb give me gum gum. Anthem was our first stop tonight. Just drinks and a dinner. I ordered the Peach Fuzzy drink. Not too sweet, refreshing, peachy, and beautiful garnish of a flower. I ordered the Yummy Fries which looked like a salad. Gorgeous presentation. Fries were actually waffle sweet potatoes. Pickled ginger, sesame seeds, furikake, aïoli and a few other wonderful ingredients. Could not get over how beautiful everything looked. Presentation outstanding. Service delightful. Had a wonderful time at Anthem. We both did use the ladies rooms before leaving. Inside the bathroom there is a sign about safety and if you need assistants. I did take a picture of it. On our way out, Brian the manager, said good night to us and waved. We later saw Brian at another place. And I'll write about that in my review for that place as well. Brian, you're Doll, thank you for your hospitality.

I really loved how they had Electric Jellyfish on tap. There was a food window available and it really helped people to continue to rally and not have to depart for a bite. Parking was a bit limited so I would recommend rideshare (unless I missed an adjacent parking spot). We snagged a low table with foldable chairs and it really felt like we were hanging out at someone's house. I appreciated how there was a mini stage for a dj or small band. The sound and TVs were all pretty great for watching the game, and they had a ton of space. It was nice having the fake grass and picnic tables in the outdoor areas because it really added to the vibe while still being well shaded throughout. The food was good. During the game we shared the Fried Pickles, which were crispy and well breaded with good pickle chips, as well as their Green Chili Queso, which was also excellent. The chips had good seasoning and the queso was thick. For a main entrée, I ordered the patty melt. It was melty with good flavor, but I would have preferred chopped onions over sliced onions. The Sriracha mayo was great and added a kick I was not expecting. The drinks were decently priced for East 6th all things considered. I was not drinking that night and ordered a mocktail variation of their Lavender Haze using zero proof Empress gin instead of the regular Empress gin. They still charged the same price, which felt a little unfair, but it is what it is. Overall, it was a great experience and a solid bar for games.
