Every APPOINTMENT was made weeks in advance yet I was in the waiting room more than hour at every appointment. I had 2 phases to work through. The front desk continually set appointments for the wrong phase. I should have been in and out within an hour each visit (all 8 of them) but NO, sometimes I was there more than 2.5 hours. I would love to give this place a higher rating. They have really friendly staff. The dentists seem to know their stuff. They are just too busy for me. I thought having so many people utilizing this business was a good sign...but when you have an appointment for 9am, and two hours later they tell you that you have to wait another half of hour, that's a sign I need to find another medical business. One bit of advice for the staff: You yell out names from the back in order for people to approach the door to be serviced. It would help if you do not call out only first names or last names. It was too many times my common name was yelled, and I was not the person desired. Utilize a first initial and last name if you're going to use a yell system. Also, if you are going to have people sit for such an extended amount of time, please update your customers. I should not have had to come up to you, 2 hours after my appointment time, to find out what was going on with your professionals. Keep us in the loop and give us the option to stay or leave. Appointment at 9 am, you call me in the back to pay at 10 am, and then I ask what's going on at 11 am is not a good look. It's 11:45m and I'm hoping I can be seen by noon (It ended up being 12:30 pm). All in all, if you have the time and patience, this is a good place to get your dental needs met. As for me, I do not like having to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time, so I'll look for someone else. If I can not find anyone else, I'll utilize them again. read more

I truly feel for anyone who has been a patient at this practice. The experience has been incredibly disappointing. Promises were made that were not upheld, and every staff member I've encountered--or overheard speaking to others--has been consistently rude and condescending. Patients are being left without teeth for months, and there seems to be little concern or urgency from the staff. Earlier, I called to confirm who owns the practice. While I assumed it was Dr. Kreit, I simply wanted verification. Surprisingly, the front desk staff refused to provide that information, despite the practice bearing his name. This level of secrecy is concerning and unprofessional. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as this practice does not show any sympathy or care for their patients at all. I've been going here since about 2015, and all I can say is that the office is a nightmare. The wait time even with an appointment can be 2-3 hours due to them overbooking (which is normal for them), and most of the staff / dentists treat you like you're just a number on a conveyor belt. Yes, it's cheap, so if you're like me and can't afford emergency dental care that would cost $6-8k elsewhere, then you're stuck with this hellhole whether you like it or not. I honestly don't know if they're ruining my teeth or not, long term. I just know that if I desperately need and extraction and / or root canals, I'd rather have relief and risk long term negative effects later than not do anything and let my tooth rot away while I'm in severe pain. The ONLY reason I keep coming back is because I have no other reasonable alternative. If you can afford to go somewhere else, do it. read more

The worst. The women at the front desk are extremely rude. I walked in for my first appointment and rather than a greeting, a paper was shoved at me and she barked at me to fill it in. That turned me off right away, to be honest. I had pictures taken of my mouth, then was sent back out to wait (the tech was really nice). Then I got an x-ray, and was sent back out to wait again (the x-ray tech was super nice). Then I saw the dentist for two minutes (he was also really nice), and he said my teeth looked great, and I was sent out to wait for my cleaning. My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I sat there until after 12 and still didn't get called back for my cleaning. I finally had to leave as I had taken off work for the appointment, and when I approached the window to let them know, the woman didn't even look at me. She shoved ANOTHER piece of paper at me to fill in. I told her "I filled this in two hours ago". I told her I was leaving and she asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, and left. I wasted three hours total of my time driving there and waiting for nothing. I had to use vacation time to make up the hours, which is even more irritating because if I had been seen on time, I probably could have just worked an hour later or gone into work early to make the time up, but now I had to use almost a half day. Grr. Will never go here again. So the techs and dentist I dealt with were great but I'm not taking any more vacation hours to wait on these fools. read more

I needed a crown on a eye tooth. The temporary crown was made inside my mouth by a "assistant". It was terrible and I had to wear it for 4 weeks. The crown looked more like a molar and was huge. It fell off after a day. Had them reinstall it and it fell off again. I then returned it to them. Their rude staff, poor quality forced me to find a new dentist who thankfully agreed to correct their work and finish the procedure. Now they are refusing to return insurance money paid to them for the entire procedure It has cost me over $1000 due to their negligence Expect the same. read more

This particular location is my favorite Dental office, but I had a bad experience today. While I was waiting to be taken care of by one of the over friendly staff I thought I overheard a conversation coming from one of the stalls and I was not being nosy but the conversation between the staff and another client was so loud it could be echoed throughout the hallway where I was seated. The client was stating some not so pleasant things about politics that offended me to my core. But that's really not what made me so upset because people have their opinion it's the fact the staff was agreeing with the client wholeheartedly and I had to leave because I chose not to spend a dime or my time with a company that would allow a person to work for them that feels like that. Even though you can't control a person feelings a business of this magnitude should train their employees on how to better handle situations that could make other clients uncomfortable. Especially since the clients are so diverse. This was an isolated incident because on average I've never had a problem. I'm going to shop around for another Dental office close to home but I'm pretty sure I will return to Kreit because I've been going there so long. read more

I went here based on recommendations from coworkers. BEWARE, DO NOT EVER GO HERE, EVER. My experience here only reinforced my distrust and fear of Dentist. Yes, a grown azz woman is terrified of the Dentist. When I called to make sure they accepted my Insurance, the woman on the phone only told me they accept ALL Insurance and not to worry, refused to listen to my questions, kept repeating they take ALL Insurance. When I get there I had accidentally put my old Insurance card in my wallet after drying out papers from Harvey, so I had two Dental Insurance cards. I was unsure which one was current, I was told by the receptionist that didn't take my what turned out to be my currant Insurance only my old Insurance, because the currant Insurance didn't pay anything. I get called back to do x-rays, while I am doing my x-rays the woman that verifies Insurance comes in and starts asking me if I am sure I still employed. Tells me I need to call my Human Resource department and makes sure I still work at my job and to get them to straighten out my Insurance, etc. Mind you there is NO PRIVACY between the booths, only a small sheet curtain so everyone around can hear her berating me. I watched this same woman do this exact thing to 3 people in the waiting room. So I step out into the waiting room and call the Insurance myself and discover the issue. I re-booked, HUGE mistake. When I went back at the first of January, I heard of many people having sat at this office waiting room for up to 6 hours past their scheduled appointment, I thought to myself if I wait past an hour I am leaving. I had almost no wait. They retake the x-rays and do an unnecessary Panoramic x-ray, it is unnecessary because I am only there for a cleaning, no complaints of any problems. Then I am put back in the waiting room, called back a second time to be told I have 6 cavities and do I want them filled there, I ask how could they possibly determine I have 6 cavities when the Doctor hasn't even examined my mouth. I was told I would have to ask the Dr. I know I have 1 cavity due to an old filling falling out. I take very good care of my teeth, my last dentist I had for 10 years retired so I was searching for a new one, this cavity claim was disturbing, because I don't miss my cleanings. I agreed to the filling, just to see what the Doctor was going to explain. They get me back into a Dentist chair and the Dr. Young comes in and announces that she is going to numb me up, immediately, I tell her No she isn't, she needs to explain how they determine 6 cavities without ever examining me. She pulls up the photo's they took of my teeth, NOT x-rays, and explains that the color of my teeth indicate a cavity. I ask if the color could possibly be a stain, because what I was hearing was they were guessing at the fact that I had 6 cavities and they haven't confirmed it with an actual examination. She finally agrees to the examination and takes the tool and starts poking at the areas that are "cavities." These "cavities" don't even show up on the x-rays,she admits they don't. Cavities should ALWAYS show up on an x-ray. Low and behold the only tooth that tests positive for a cavity is the one that had the filling fall out and she swears the tooth behind it, I do not recall feeling that tooth stick on the tool, I think she retested the one cavity, all my other teeth are completely solid. My last Dentist made sure I was an educated consumer based off my Dental Experiences. I also asked why we were doing the fillings first and not the cleaning, she stated she liked for the mouth to be numb while she was cleaning. I told her no because those stains would come off in the cleaning. She agreed to doing the cleaning first. I decided to let her fill the two cavities. She called a Dr. Yu in to do the shot, because he is gentler. This is the worst cavity repair I have ever experienced, she drilled on my teeth like she was looking for the core of the earth all for a "Surface" (her term) cavity. The filling material put in was like a wad of gum stuck to my tooth, and she had to drill, and drill, and drill to get my bite corrected, this all screams inexperience and sloppiness. After this they have the nerve to ask if I wanted to schedule to have the rest of my cavities filled. I was confused because those cavities had were proven not to exist. I said no and left. I called my last Dentist and asked him to come out of retirement to review the work down and claiming the need to be done. After talking with him about what I was told and the issues I having with the new filling; feels like crap and I can't chew correctly one that side, he reviewed the x-rays. He only confirmed what I already knew, there were NO cavities, except the one. This is just from reviewing the x-rays, the exam confirmed it, will likely have have a repair on the work done. So this place will destroy your teeth by doing unnecessary work just to draw on your Insurance. read more

They have no respect for a persons time. My appt was at 1, and finally left the office at 4:30. Waited an hour to be called back to pay for services that hadn't even been performed yet. Was told that 'they just back from lunch so it will be a minute'. You shouldn't schedule appts if no one is there to help you! Waited another hour and was told I was next, then after 3 more people get called back it was finally my turn. Was led to the dentists chair to be told it would be a minute and the doctor would be back. Another 30 minutes passed before he came to introduce himself and say he would be back in a minute. I explained that I had waited almost 3 hours and all he had to say was it was nothing they could control because they just waited on people as they came in. Well maybe you shouldn't schedule so many people in a day! I was fitted for my replacement crown and a temp one was placed. Total time with the dentist 15 Minutes!! Now I have to go back in 6 weeks to get the permanent that I paid for and was told it would only be a 30 minute appt. I've been here twice now both times were over four hour wait to each time. The first time I went back in February I think I had Dr. Samir, he was nice until I had an anxiety attack mid drill coming out unannounced and then he shoved the nitrous back onto my face and yelled at me. I went again yesterday it is now August finally got a wonderful dentist and met a completely nice person for the first time here his name was dr. Scott Delousier, but unfortunately the dental assistant was very bothered by having to work with me that day and she was on her phone she was rude of you name it she did it it was a horrible experience the only thing that saved it was dr. Scott I would not recommend these people to anyone it is absolute Insanity every time you go in there there's a waiting bunch of people that have been there for hours. I will never go back there unless the same dentist that I had yesterday is still there. I think he's a temp though... but that little dental assistant I have never been treated like that in a public place by someone in that position so she lost me as a client for the whole business so Caitlin you did great job apparently honey! They have the worst scheduling system. None of the young women in X-ray treated me like I had leprosy. None of them front desk has any knowledge about making appointments. I was only scheduled for a cleaning did not need a consultation and they didn't seem to know what I was there fore as they asked me several times. Horrible experience. My wife got so scared that she walked out prior to the procedure after being left in a chair sedated. They didn't even realize she was gone for over an hour. Should check how many of the doctors have disciplinary action against them by the state. Don't even know how this hack still has a license. I met a lady while shopping who told me this place was cheap. Cheap was what I needed. NEVER AGAIN. I got in reasonably fast, but the man who worked on me would not listen to anything I requested. I had already given them my money. He decided any dental work would be based on the fact that I was a short woman and therefore should have little teeth which was not the case with the ones God gave me. The dentist that did extractions was horrifically to the girl who assisted him, as far as his treatment of me, it was like I was someone to hurry through. He was not friendly or unfriendly, he treated me as though I was brain dead. When I called to speak to the first man who makes all teeth in his area(and doesn't do as you request even though you have already paid cash) they said he did not talk to people. I said I wanted to know if I was dissatisfied would he redo the teeth because I had so far to drive.. The woman in the front mocked me. MOCKED ME. Made a tiny voice and said what she thought I was going to say and also told me that it DID NOT take as long to get to their office as I had told her! She must know something awful on the dentists because no dentist in his right mind would have such a rude, hateful incompetent person answering their phones. All they want is your money and then you can go to hell and she makes that clear. She raises her voice, she imitates and mocks and she refuses to allow you to speak to anyone other than her so you are pretty much stuck. The office relies on the fact that the people coming there have to put up with being repeatedly disrespected because they go there due to of lack of funds. The entire place is dependent on quantity not quality. Not only will I never go there again, I will never recommend them to anyone. They leave you feeling like you have done something wrong and they have no concern as to whether you are happy with their results. Went with a family member. They have horrible customer service. The staff seems to be pissed off. Arrived an hour before appt time but was not seen until 3 hours after appt time. You will pay before you have work done, that's how they keep you waiting. They discuss xrays and procedures through the office window in front of the whole waiting room. And they give you mystery pills to take through the window and you'll sit there afterwards for hours. read more

This is the first time that I have been treated poorly at the Kreit dental. A yr and a half ago I was told by a doctor there that I needed a deep cleaning, was told my insurance would not cover it and that I needed to go with a different insurance company, so I did. For the ones that don't know you can't just cancel your insurance at any time. So I got the new insurance which cost me more than the current one, there was a clause you had to keep it for over a yr for it to cover major things. So I paid both insurances for 6 months and now this d bag doctor would not even do a deep cleaning. That's jacked up, the assistant even said well it will cost you $90, which I was ok with, still got shot down. This is insane, not only did they do a piss poor job on the cleaning being the guy wanted to get as far away from me as quick as possible, they lost out on money and repeat business.
