The store is clean. The food had a good taste and was delivered to us quickly. We had some communication issues because I had difficulty understanding the employee's accent, but we overcame the issues. If you think of this place as what it is likely trying to be (i.e., quick, corporate, basic Middle Eastern fast food) then you will not be disappointed. If you think of it as some kind of "exotic" date night spot, then you probably will not get what you are hoping to get.

The food wear prepared well, everything was clean, the employees were helpful after I told them it was my first time trying the food chain. I loved the different flavors I was able to try within one meal! It was affordable and I'd like to return to try more off the menu. I recommend their couscous, falafel, naf pickles.

This place!!!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Got a plate full of food with a warm pita on the side for $14. I ate twice and was stuffed both times. This place reminds of Garbanzo that is in Denver. Pretty much like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Food was very VERY flavorful! Highly recommend!

I ordered the bowl with hummus base and chicken with ALL the toppings. I also ordered 1 falafel to try and a cup of lentil soup. Everything was delicious.

Just got back from Naf Naf. The food is excellent. However, employees that I encountered were less than friendly.

On more than one occasion we have been served the skin of the spick of gyro meat which, when new meat is placed on the stick to cut off, it is the really really tough outside and barely edible. Instead of the generous slices of meat, they cut the narrowest slices like strips of torn cloth. This is not the gyro meat i ate as a child. Next the pita bread was beyond stale; no doubt it is expired. It was extremely tough to chew. Most upsetting was the watery tzatziki sauce obviously given in that way to save money; the sauce is tasteless. Finally there was oil in the bottom of my container NEVER seen that before. So after returning the inedible meat for some meat that wasn't from the outside of the Spick, we attempted to eat this food and it made us sick. I had the worst indigestion. I don't know what was in that mystery tzatziki sauce, but it gave me a very bad upset stomach. My husband Ended up throwing out his food as did I. Unfortunately, after eating their on and off for the past 16 years that we've been married and living here, we will not be eating there any longer. I know that being a business owner is tough. I know that they have to be creative and fine ways to cut cost. However, they have to ask them sales will it ultimately cause them to lose business Because not only am I no longer eating there, I used to DoorDash from there when I had company, we won't be doing that any longer or referring people. Our health is the most important thing that we can take care of next to our children and of course, even more so our relationship with Christ. I can't risk my health eating food that is improperly prepared so someone can make as much money as possible in their business selling that food. It is on fair. From now on I'll be cooking from home a lot more on the weekends to prep for the week so I don't need to do these last-minute stops in the middle of the day for my lunch and my husband's dinner, it's unfortunate but it is a lesson well learned and $31 That I unfortunately just flush down the drain because I also paid a tip.

Even if they do not write down your order (such as my son's chicken dinner plate), they'll remember and bring it out to you when it's ready. The FOOD is delicious. You can tell they carefully season and layer chicken and lamb on the vertical rotisserie, despite the efficient electric 'shaver' that they use to carve the meat. Contrary to Yelper Cheryl P's experience, our lamb was tender and tasty. Falafel was beautiful and has a solid crust on the outside (that their plasticware struggles to get through). You can't go wrong with the Loukoumades to conclude. Delish! One Yelper suggested this is a Middle East subway? A better categorization is fast casual as there is some cooking, customization, and table delivery. Yes there's a line with the sliced vegetables, prepared sauces, etc. In a traditional, sit-down restaurant, that's still happening (you just can't see into the kitchen). NOTE: I do agree with Yelper, Steve M., prices are higher than most. I would argue it's A) the quality of ingredients, B) the made to order dishes, and C) environmental packaging for bowls (...although the rest are styrofoam). Feels like the norm these days if you want a solid meal. Believe me, I do and Covo delivers.

I love Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food so I thought this would be a good choice, not too heavy or greasy so my stomach wouldn't be upset on the road trip. I wanted to try the crispy chicken advertised on the website (and also on the banners around the location) but when I got inside, they said they didn't have any so that was one strike. I ended up getting the chicken Shawarma. I wish there was the couscous was seasoned the way they do the basmati rice because plain couscous is kind of disappointing. The amount of chicken I got was a complete joke! And I'm not even a huge meat eater but to give someone 1.5 cups of couscous and seven or eight sliver bites of chicken is crazy. I need some protein to stay satisfied so I asked for more and of course they charged me $4 for a few more slivers. Highway robbery! But anyway, the onions were really good and the chicken that I did get was seasoned though, but I could make this better at home for 4 people and the same price. Something told me to walk away when they said they didn't have the crispy chicken but I didn't listen so I ended up spending just under $20 for a bowl of couscous with a sprinkle of chicken and got charged extra for hummus I guess this was better on the road than going to Taco Bell?
