For the wedding cake, I wasn't sure how to design the cake, so Joyce came up with several ideas. She ended up making a cake with leafy pattens because our wedding venue had redwoods. It was perfect. Her desserts also has Asian influence. She likes to use fluffy cakes with butter cream.
