I am soooo picky when it comes to getting a massage, because I can't handle firm pressure, but Jacob seemed to know exactly what I needed, and he used my favorite modality before I even had to ask! So if you really like acupressure massage Jacob is the guy to book with! I've also gotten excellent hair and nails services from Kayla, also lovely massages from Wendi and a different Kayla. Oh! And if you like Reiki, and could really use some energy work or chakra balancing then Kristin is your girl! HORRIBLE!!! A friend and I went here to get a pedicure and the new shellac nails. Our pedicures…read morewere far shorter then any I have ever gotten and the nail art was hideous on both sets, leaving polish around the nails and some nails were not even fully polished! The shellac nails were done very sloppy, the polish was not even to the edges, one set was WAY to thick and the other set didn't have enough on it, the to thick one had divets and bubbles. Both were chipping off within 2 days. Needless to say I'm sitting in a far more classy salon know getting the damage taken off of my nails. I'm only giving them one star for their time and they did stay late, but remember if you don't want to stay late don't book appointments and please don't take it out on someone's nails when they are going to pay a good chunk of money!

The other times I've been here it's been fantastic. The quality of the technicians is not consistent at all. Will not return.
