Came in for a sns removal. 20.00 and they want to drill most off until it burns. Left me with only acetone in a bowl. No wrapping, no paper towel, no service. Left my hands and nails coated in a film and still they drilled. This is NOT the place to go if you want the integrity of your nails in tact. Was going to get a manicure but absolutely not after the removal process was a nightmare. What a waste. read more

not my usual place but got a gift certificate for nailbliss. so I went for a pedicure. any place I've been has had different pedicure options from basic to deluxe. I pay 70 dollars for a deluxe pedicure at my normal place in Lebanon. first thing she said was pedicure will be $75. she seated me I picked my color. and she did the most basic pedicure I've ever received. definitely not worth $75 and my nail are cut crooked and so short they hurt. I did tell her I wanted them short. but she should've knew better than cutting them all the way down to the skin. read more

'Good enough' is the best way to describe it. Had a pedicure. Very very basic, no massage, basic polish job. $35. A rip off. When I got home, I noticed the paint up close looked sloppy. Bring you own polish. They have a small selection and it's all cheap brands besides OPI, which they had very few of. Pros I must admit: COVID procures were followed, I was impressed. my daughter and I got manicures and pedicures with gel polish. my daughter also got a basic daisy design on her hand nails....took about five minutes to do. i was charged a total of $265....talking to other people and seems I was way overcharged. what do other people think? read more

I'm going to start off by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. I went with my best friend today to get a pedicure. A guy did my best friends (he did a wonderful job and was so kind) and a lady did mine. She started on me after he had started on my friend and she got done with me before he got finished with my friend. (The point in saying that being that she rushed) We went in at around 3 and there was only about 2 people (already being taken care of) there, therefore there was no reason for her to rush. I was not happy with my nails, the guy that did my friends looked at mine and then went and told the lady that I wasn't happy with them. She then proceeded to come over and "fix" them. I was left with toe nail polish all over my toes. I grabbed a piece of cotton and removed the toe nail polish completely from my toes. Knowing how unhappy I was with everything and leaving with no polish on my toes, I still was made to pay $27. I also want to state that instead of giving me the paper flip flops, she used a paper towel, twisted it up, and ran it through my toes. But my friend, and the lady that left as we had just gotten there both received paper flip flops. Also prior to this happening, I was texting my friend while we were sitting there discussing how she had no personality. This place gets 0 stars from me and I do not recommend them at all. There are PLENTY of other options around us. All pictures are after she "fixed" them. My husband and I came here for pedicures and possible manicures. There was hardly a wait and our pedicures were fine. It wasn't the best I've had but okay. They seemed to be in a rush as more people began to come in. They asked if my husband would like a manicure and he said sure. The tech stood up from the pedi chair with clippers and cut down a few of his nails! She cut around the cuticles a little, filed, and then put some lotion on with a hot towel. No relaxation there! No soaking in water, nothing. I guess it was a dry manicure?.He still had some dirt under his nails when we left. I got a manicure and regular polish. By the afternoon it was chipping in large pieces. I couldn't believe it. I stopped by the next day to show them my nails and tell them of my complaint for my husband's manicure. His concern was minimal and it seemed to aggravate him. I actually asked him to come to the back where I wouldn't be complaining in front of his customers. He said he would "touch up my nails". There was no touch up that could make them look presentable. I needed them totally redone so I just left in amazement. With our tip of 20.00, we spent or may I say wasted 117.00 dollars. They obviously don't care if you are satisfied or not. I'm done being herded through like cattle. There's plenty of places that can do our nails and treat us like we are being pampered not rushed. I called the place up to ask how much a pedicure cost. I'm male. My voice is deep. I was told $25 IF I PAID CASH. They didn't say how much extra it was to pay with a card. I arrive shortly after and wait about 30 minutes for the next available nail tech. Not bad considering they were busy and I was able to wait in the vibrating chair. I eventually get warm water in my foot bowl. Eventually she comes over and asks if I want short. I say yes short please. She was gentle and gave a good massage. I'm basically falling asleep. She says done and I ask for clear coat. She walks away and lets it dry. I look down and my toenails are still very long. She's already left me to dry. About 15 minutes later she comes back and says I'm done. I say no I need short please. She obliges and shortens them to a better length. When I go to pay I'm asked if I have cash or card. I say cash. I'm told it's $30. I say no I just got a normal pedicure. I called and asked and was told $25. Some guy speaks up and says it's $30 for males. WTF? Not only did I call in advance, but there's less work to do on men and no nail polish that costs them more $. I argued for a bit and they wouldn't budge. That $5 extra was suppose to be her 20% tip. That's all the cash I brought with me. I will never patronize this place again. I also overheard other patrons saying to avoid certain techs as they will eff up your nails bad. I can not confirm this, but she was extremely adamant about waiting for the other lady. It cost her an extra 20 minutes, but she said it was worth it. read more

I was in the Goodlettsville Area today, so I decided to stop at Nail Bliss to get my nails done. It was a huge mistake. From the minute I walked in, my instincts told me it wasn't going to be good. The place was nasty. Noone welcomed me in. Finally, some guy asks me(without ever looking at me) " what you need done"? I said, I need a full set. He points to a chair, that he wants me to sit in. In a few minutes, some guy comes over and starts sanding my nails. He looked like he was trying to win a race, he was doing it so fact, and it was hurting. Then he glues the tips on, and asked what length I wanted. I said, I want to be able to see my nail over the top of my finger, from the back, after they had been filed. It cuts the first nail, and I am like, oh no! He just cut that nail toooooo short. I didn't say a word. I just let me finish putting them on. Then he jumps up very quickly, and says something to another girl that works there, and now she comes over and sits down to work on me. I smile at her, and I get no response. The guy that was doing mine, is now doing another lady's nails. This lady doing my nails is worse, than the guy (if you can believe that). that originally started on mine. I don't have a clue how they are staying in business.This was my first visit, and is most certainly my last.Even though I am upset about this, I am more upset with myself, that I didn't say something. read more

I been here a couple times due to the fact that they open on Sunday, and I can't reach my regular nail salon. It's an okay/decent nail salon. Parking & the nail salon is really small. They have only 4-5 pedicure chairs and everything is a bit crowded inside. Sometimes they don't even acknowledge you, unless you make yourself known. Nail color choices is a full square rack, and that's about it. They are full of employees which is great! Most I waited is less than 30 mins. I wish they had a pedicure menu at the chairs because their menu is a huge poster across the room, which you cannot see. They will automatically give you a $25 pedicure. I see fresh tools and everything EACH TIME, so I have to give them that. I have gotten the same older lady, and even though she does a thorough job, she's quick and she's a bit rough. I even had to ask for base coat once. I don't know who the real younger lady was, but she was AMAZING. I gave them an extra star because of her. She really worked nicely and thoroughly for sure.
