I just came here tonight while in town with my friend and her daughter and had such a great experience getting pedicures. First, they gave us mini water bottles upon arriving which was a nice touch. The pedicure chairs have great massage backs and the regular pedicures are very thorough and even included a bit of sugar scrub and a five minute foot massage. Once we were done we went to the drying station where we got another nice 5 minute back massage that was actually a nice legit massage. All of the workers were very nice and did a great job. Last when we left, they gave us each a little gift! Such nice customer service and also a great experience. If I lived in the area I'd definitely make this my go-to place!! read more

Im new to town but im so happy i found my go-to nail salon from now on! I called at 5:45 for a last minute appt and they were gracious enough to take me in even though they close at 7pm. The gel mani i had were peeling (i only had them for a week!!) Cindy did and amazing job to fix them and she was super thorough, clean and efficient! Will never go here again. Been a customer for a long time. Went in today with limited time, which they knew. Just needed my toes and fingernails painted. They tried to upsell me three times (pedicure, massage and manicure). I politely declined. Just needed gel polish. I was in here last week. Was charged $63 for gel polish. Makes zero sense to me. The sign on the wall indicated a gel mani is $28 but somehow I got charged $30 for polish only. Be careful here. Last week I got a pedicure and my heels hurt so bad that I can't walk on them in flip flops. Not the right way to treat long standing customers, or any customer for that matter. read more

I am so impressed with the gel manicure I got. I waited to write this review to make sure it held up well, and IT DID! The first photo is right after I got it. The next photo is ONE MONTH LATER. This is by far the best manicure I have ever gotten. It did not chip, peel, break... nothing! Besides where it has grown out, it looks just like it did the day I got it. I will absolutely go back here any time I want a manicure. I also got a pedicure, which was great (pretty standard pedicure... nothing spectacular, but it was efficient and held up well!). if i could give 0 stars i would. i got a full acrylic set from here and they were ALL lifting within the first week. i went back there (my mistake) and said why not just give me a soak off and a new full set. the second set started to lift as well. i called the young lady that usually takes the phone calls, i asked her for a refund, she said "no but we can fix ALL of your nails for free". i doubled checked with her to make sure it was free...... she said yes. i go there and a guy starts doing my nails, and only tries to do 4 of them. i explained to him that the lady on the phone said ALL of my nails would be fixed for free. he said no we cannot do that. then the young lady claimed that she never said that on the phone. mind you both sets that i had gotten were different lengths and different thicknesses. very unhappy with this place. wasted my time and money. very unprofessional. will never go back. read more

Great experience here! I had the pomegranate spa pedicure and it was the best I've ever had, from wrapping my legs to soften them, hot stones to massage in the oils, and a great polish job. I would highly recommend this place. It was super clean, the footbath was covered with new liner. After the pedicure my technician put my heels in little bags to further soften them - I've never had such attention to details like that. A day later and my feet and legs still feel great! They are extremely clean here and open all tools in front of you right from the package. They have beautiful colors and countless designs to chose from and they actually take their time to make sure it looks amazing in the end. They're so patient with my indecisiveness and are very thorough with it all and they always make sure the customer is happy. They're BYOB & have holiday discounts & for Christmas we even got lotion :) They massage you while your nails are drying & they're so friendly. Got a gel manicure ($30) today while my sister got a mani w/o polish and a pedicure w/ a polish removal. She's really picky about nail salons (bc there's so many in Boston for her to choose from!) and thought Nail City did a great job. I haven't had gel polish in a while bc I haven't found a good nail tech around here. The polish is always layered on thick and lumpy. The polish was thinly layered and even. It's a dry manicure so if you're expecting wet - you were warned. Some people with super dry, hard cuticles need the soaks to soften their cuticles but soaking sometimes doesn't let polish adhere as well so just an FYI! The salon isn't as big or nice as the other salons in EL but they did a good job. read more
