I love that you have the ability to request a certain tech when you check in on the iPad. Ava did my nails tonight and I will absolutely be requesting her again! A man even came out from the back, walked directly past me without saying a word, and went straight to help them--even though I was standing in front of them and they arrived 10 minutes after I did. Please note, I am a Black American. At that point, I calmly asked him why I was being ignored as if I were invisible. He had no explanation. The way I was treated was deeply disrespectful and felt like racial discrimination. No customer should be made to feel overlooked or less important. It's a comfortable, feminine space, clean, inviting and the cutest selection of eye-catching local jewelry and garments as well as hair products. It's a space you WANT to get your hair done in...trust me. Cut and color prices are extremely reasonable. I'm a bottle blonde with a "bixie" that needs maintenance on the regular, and rather than pay a small house mortgage each time, I'm pleasantly surprised by the price after every visit. No sticker shock here. Tracy keeps notes on my color so I never have to worry about what was done "last time". She's also a doll, so it makes being in her chair that much more fun.
