They said Saturday is the busiest day and wait can be 2 hours but it's worth it. They say most people check in, do errands, then come back when they call. The nail techs do a great job and an excellent attention to detail. The staff is friendly and they do amazing nail art. They look their time and I appreciate the work. The energy between the nail ladies and the clients was very positive. They seem to really care about their regulars. Good vibes. Even with the wait time being so long, I will be coming back. They did an excellent job on my nails.

The quickest I've ever spent inside is an hour and a half, other than that I've spent upwards of 2 hours. They do a good job, the last time I went my nails turned out amazing! But the first time I went, when a man did them they weren't so great. The gel polish was coming off within days which I've never had happen. Besides the long wait, it's a good place, just go when you have time to spare and try to get done by a woman and not the man at the every end of the store!
