First time visiting. The techs were extremely nice and very personable. My pedi was done by a very young inexperienced girl who didn't do what I asked, never asked what I wanted and took 2 1/2 hours to wash my feet and paint my toes- very very disappointing! My dip nails have not lasted two days, and traveling I can't get them repaired by them I'll have to pay someone else to do the job correctly. I have had dips for years and I have never had this issue. Way too expensive to waste my time and money going back. read more

I get regular pedicures, and I enjoy being pampered on every sixth Wednesday throughout the year. My only reservation is that I like to form relationships with certain people in the business, and so far I have had three different people work on my feet. When I have shown up for my appointment and asked for a certain worker, I have been told that person is "not there." For me, I like to work with one person. They learn your preferences, knocking out any awkward encounters. Yes, this business does a good job, but be prepared to deal with multiple workers. read more

A very nice clean updated place. I took my wife here to get her hoofs trimmed and painted. They have very calming music playing and nice decor. They could use a bit bigger waiting area for the body guards that are waiting on their wife's but I guess they don't really need it because they seat you when you come in so no waiting. They done a good job she was pleased. read more

booked a mother's day mani and pedicure for myself. was looking forward to this as I have 5 kids Show up on time and check in. My service tech Lynn takes a man right before me. I'm thinking a trim or ingrown but no a full pedicure. i waited 45 minutes. I hope that the extra service was worth losing my deluxe/organic services but as well a client. Shame on you for trying to squeeze someone in for more money. read more

Zero stars was not an option. I was very disappointed when I had an appointment confirmed showed up on time signed in and waited only to have a nothing happen. There were three technicians each with a client and so I sat and waited for one of them to finish an honor my appointment. When I had waited as long as I could, I stood to alert the technicians that I would have to leave. I said "excuse me" to get someone's attention and NONE of them even looked at me. No one acknowledged me. I know I spoke loudly enough that they could hear me a client who is getting a pedicure acknowledged my effort. So sans response I announced to all three technicians that "I had an appointment. You clearly are not prepared for that appointment. Please cancel it" and I walked out. I will not return to the salon because I was treated so unprofessionally and so rudely. read more

They do not do quality work. Period. Skip this place unless you're into paying too much for sub par nails. I'd rather let my 9 yr old daughter paint my nails. It's that bad. Place is a rip off. Came in for mani pedi and it was 1.5 hours before closing. I knew it was late and they could do one. They tried to convince me to do the pedi to make more money but I already had polish on my toes and my hands are really what needed to be done. They automatically give me a gel book for colors but I knew I had to ask what the prices are. In their brochure the manicure is $15.00 which is a good price. When I ask how much for gel, she said $20.00 for the manicure (not 15) and $30.00 for gel. I didn't even need tips. This place is way too expensive. They know they can get what they want because the next salon is about 10 Mikes away. Rip off! read more

I had a mani/pedi done on 2/6/20 @ 10:00 am. I thought tthe polish was a liittle thick but didn't say anything; they're the professionals, right??? After letting them dry, I left. 5 min. later, one of my nails chipped. After a day of shopping, 5 of my nails had chipped-the last one at 4:00! When I called them, they said I could come back; which I did. When I got there, I was told I had messed up my nails. A customer told me it takes 4 hours for my nails to dry (didn't ask for the 2 cents worth). 3 people were waited on while I was waiting After a half hour I left. I WILL NOT be back.
