I have been a client of this establishment for the past 3 years, mast last 2 visits have been ok. Today as I am sitting here getting a pedicure the technician is rude, did not offer a beverage and grabbed my leg pretty roughly. When I get any kind of service I expected some form of customer service. At least a friendly face or hello. I went into this place on my birthday to get a shellac full set and pedicure. I told them this information as soon as I walked in the door because I like to get a general idea of how much my services will be and how much room I will have left to tip (I worked in food service so if I can't leave tip for hard work, I'd rather spend a lower amount that will allow me to do so or stay home).. They told me a price and I agreed to it and sat down for them to begin. As my pedicure is 95% finished (all that's left is polish) and acrylic is being applied to my nails, the guy doing my nails says that my price will now be $15 higher than the one given to me before. Keep in mind that during this process, I have not added any additional requests.. no super long nails, no ombré effects, no designs, nothing! Still the same shellac full set and pedicure that I asked for in the beginning. My initial thought was to just pay the higher price and not leave a tip but that didn't feel right to me knowing there were better places who'd do the same services for a lower price (much further away from where I live, though). The guy begins to argue with me as I'm telling him that it is okay and I will just pay for the pedicure and be on my way. He sat down and continued to keep doing my nails as I'm telling him that I no longer want them until he finally stopped. Their excuse at the end was that the guy who quoted me the original price does not really do nails and "knows nothing".. If I had known beforehand that there were so many people working here that didn't "really do nails" or "know anything" then I would've gone elsewhere from the start. I feel like someone who "knows nothing" shouldn't really be front and center helping customers and giving out incorrect price quotes IF that was the case.. So happy birthday to me! This place was recommended to me by one of my good friends so I went a head and invited another one of my friends & she brought her mom just to be very disappointed. Upon arrival everything seem really unorganized but we did go on a Friday so I assumed that was the reason why and decide to not pay too much attention to that. They took care of me fast but made my friend wait, but whatever they were busy right? So a guy did my nails & 1.he cut me multiple times. 2.my friend & her mom both were cut as well 3. The guy who did my nails wasn't polishing my nails properly & it was really patchy & they blamed it on the shellac but I went ahead & ask someone else to try it and it was fine. 4. My friends acrylic were all crooked and we had to ask them to fix multiple nails & when we asked them to they were very very rude. I wouldn't go back, they weren't welcoming at all. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, just plain horrible. So, I went to this nail shop with my sister. She's gone there a few times, so I thought wth right? Wrong! Worse nail shop ever. No customer service skills. They serve drinks but you only get one. That one glass has to last you the whole time your there...wth is that? The guy that did my nails cut up my cuticles with no apology. Also, 4 days later 3 of my nails were lifting from what I'm assuming was the weak ass acrylic they use. Also, I wear my nails long but after a solid weak I notice my thumb nail had a crack in the middle indicating it would be breaking soon. I always wear my nails long but I've never had a problem with them breaking when I go to my regular nail shop. It was a deep cut to where the bleeding would not stop I decided to not get my nails done anymore as she had just started but she convinced me she could "work" around it. The only redeeming thing about this place is the price so close to downtown houston. So I came here yesterday to get my nails done after a long day of work. I got the basic pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. My pedicure was GREAT I have no complaints there. However my manicure messed up my entire experience. As the woman was cleaning my cuticles she cut me THREE times. There was a lot of blood and although I have a high tolerance for pain I was really upset. I had heard good things about this place so I decided to try it out. I got a spa pedicure.. The lady used a cheese grater looking thing on my feet (which aren't even rough) she was rough, so much so that she cut the side of my toe and multiple other small areas on the bottom of my foot. I was no longer comfortable because my toe had a burning wound. She apologized multiple times and I tried to stay calm but now days later my foot still hurts. Burns when I shower or apply lotion. I thought maybe she would give my a discount after cutting up my foot. Nope. My shellac manicure was well done but I do not recommend the spa pedicure!! I went for a pedicure and shellac for my hands. The pedicure had a nice exfoliating scrub and a hot towel to sooth my legs... But IT WAS TOO HOTT! I told the woman. She lifted the towel for a split second and put it right back down. Really? By the time they exfoliated, it hurt. Now, as for the shellac, they were doing both jobs at the same time. Isn't it dangerous to have an electronic device (UV Light) around water? My nails ended up being a completely different color than I had told them to do. My feet aren't as smooth as they usually feel, so I'm not coming here anymore. I had an overall bad experience. Especially, since I spent so much money. read more

I have been going to this shop for the past year or so. When I first came I loved it. Rose was my go to person and she was attentive and very nice. The last couple of times have not been so great. Don't go on a Saturday! They have children running around, it's loud and the technicians rush to get you out. I went yesterday and I left out very unsatisfied and more than a little disrespected. The technician that did my feet was inattentive, rough and she cut me twice. When she was done she walked away and started working on another customer with no so much as a nod to say she was done. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for her to come back and at least help me put my shoes on like the others do, but I didn't get that. I finally got up, put my own shoes on and ask to speak to the manager. He was with someone so another very nice young lady came to talk to me. While I was explaining to her what happened the tech that worked on me walked up. I told her how I felt and she looked at the other young lady and started speaking in her language which I didn't understand and didn't appreciate as I was already upset. They both kept saying they were sorry, but I didn't feel they were sorry at all. They just kept saying 'you pay now'. The manager finally came up, but he was no assistance at all. I really like Rose and would love to work with her, but I'll never go back to this shop again. Way too unprofessional! read more

I cannot believe how unprofessional the staff is at this place. I walked in 20 min till close. All I needed was for one broken nail to be fixed. I was greeted and was asked what I needed. Two other people walked in after me. They attended both before me. After waiting for 30 min, I was finally asked again, "What you want?!" I again told them that I just needed a nail fixed. She didn't even answer me back. I waited for one hour. No one else offered to help me. One hour to try to get a nail fixed. I just got up and left. Absolutely pitiful service. After 4 hours of being in there for only a basic pedicure and shellac nails, I left really unsatisfied. My cuticles weren't cut right, the clear coat the put on top was so messy and some of the sides of my nail aren't painted. I was so frustrated after being there for so long that I left as quickly as they were done. The lady that was doing my nails kept on leaving to attended other clients ( for example she left in the middle of painting my nails about 5 times to wax someone's eyebrow) after I told her I was now in a hurry since I didn't plan on being there for so long! I went in with a friend and she had the same experience. She went in for a full set but they took so long to get to her (mind you, it was not that busy) that she ended up just getting color on her nails. Such a disappointment as I had a commitment to get to and wanted my nails properly done for it. The clear coat that they put on top was not clean and went over to my skin. So I've been going here for all my pedicures for a while up until I moved across town. I decided since I couldn't find another nail salon that does my toes in a clean environment I would travel the 30 minutes and treat myself. I got my pedicure done that was not the most perfect experience, they charged me an extra $20 for getting shellac on my pedicure although last time I came it was only a $12 upcharge. I asked for the spa pedicure which was supposed to come with exfoliation, they didn't do that, nor did they give me the hot towel treatment. They basically gave me the basic treatment then charged me for the spa pedicure plus another $20 for the shellac polish. When I told them they didn't charge that last time they said "new price". Which was kind of odd to me. I got powder nails done as well before this pricing situation happened. I noticed a lady put a clear top coat on my nails. I told her its supposed to be a shellac top coat on my nails. She said "same thing" and said she was finished with my nails. Now, here I am two days later with nails that cost me $80 looking like I only paid $20. I'm so upset and I live so far away. I'm pretty sure they would charge me for their mistake even if I make the drive to get it fixed. read more

I had wanted to try out this place, seen it a few times when I would go to the t-mobile next door. So I had finally tried it out in April around Easter weekend, and I thought the woman who did my pedicure was awesome! (Too bad I didn't get her name!) When I first walked in I was greeted right away didn't have to wait at all and was getting my spa pedi quick! I was offered something to drink, and they have scented bath salts (your choice)! I opted for the pedi that comes with the hot stones massage (I needed to be pampered a lil) and the foot scrub. I think I was there for about an hour getting my feet pampered! I usually go with the french tips, but decided to go for a lil color (since it was Easter). The woman who worked on my feet did an awesome job with the design. I LOVE the detail (hope she's there next time I go back) !!!! All in all, it was a great experience :) and I will be going back for my next pedicure! read more
