GO TO MADELINES on Bethel, save yourself the trouble. From my personal experience, the nail tech that I dealt with was terrible. She messed up my perfectly symmetrical nails, and then tried to convince me that my fingers were crooked. When I asked her to get the fingernail polish off the side of my finger, she had an attitude about that. I also expressed to her that I did not like the job that she did and she said she was doing her best. I will not be going back there absolutely not! THE NAIL TECH is mediocre. Nam is the owner of Nailholix in Dublin, OH (formerly Four Seasons Nail Spa). While I will miss Vivian and Jerrika, I have to say Nam has truly cleaned up the spa. Fresh paint, flooring, new pedicure chairs and much more. Much brighter and cleaner appearance. He has also updated the way in which you can make appointments. Nam is very talented and I am very pleased with the acrylic work and gel polishing style on my hands. His mother, Yen, is very gentle with pedicures and my toes look great. The biggest BONUS for me is that I can schedule to have my hands and feet done at the same time. Where I used to spend 2+ hours each visit, I'm done in an hour. For me that's really appreciated and helpful for my schedule. It can be really difficult to make or accept changes with our favorite nail technicians, but give them a try, I think you will like them! I love this salon! I have been going here for more than 3 years and every one of my nail services has been excellent! Vivian does my nails using both dip and gel and they have never been stronger. Beautiful every time! Jerika does my pedicures and I just want to go barefoot so everyone can see my lovely feet! And she can do a massage on your legs that is awesome. My roommate and I went for pedicures today. The salon is clean and tidy and the employees were all friendly and welcoming. I think my roommate had a basic pedicure and I got the Deluxe C Pedicure. I will say I was disappointed because it is advertised to include hot stones and a glass of wine as part of the package, and I received neither. But I enjoyed the other parts of the pedicure so much and the conversation that I'll ask them about it next time I go - and there will be a next time. They have massage chairs and the experience was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. Oh, and the polish was perfect! My feet, legs, and back feel great now. It's nowhere near my side of town and there are tons of other places closer to me, but Four Seasons will be my go-to place for manis and pedis from now on. read more

I called to ask questions about the new dip method because I am allergic to something in shellac and acrylic nails and the girl on the phone was less than friendly but I made an appointment anyways. It had good reviews and seemed like a nice clean salon. I was about 15-20min early for my pedicure and they say they take walk ins but my appointment still didn't start on time. The girl that ended up working with me just walked in the front door, briefly spoke to another worker and then came over to me; I wasn't even sure she was a real employee. It was very strange however she was very nice though. The pedicure wasn't bad however my nail polish wasn't smooth and I was just ready to get home and didn't bother asking for it fixed. Mediocre experience, but I do not think I would go back. read more

We were extremely excited to come in and get our nails done for a wedding. However, as soon as we walked in for our appointment, we were told to hurry up because they have another group coming after us. The technician was upset that we changed our appointment time on them, even though I called to ask whether it was alright or not. She kept going on about how understaffed they are, which is not our problem. The visit completely ruined my day as I felt extremely unwelcome and definitely overpaid for poor service.
