I made an appointment to get my nails done had to wait a hour! I got the dip and it lasted 9 days and the polish came completely off my pointer finger. I go in to ask them to fix it and the man said 15 minutes, I said sure! I to back and he proceeds to yell at me in front of the customers. I was so embarrassed. I told him if he wasn't ready I could come back and he yelled and said you have to wait it's been over 24 hours. It was so rude and embarrassing. Went in for a last-minute pedicure on a Wednesday evening. The staff was very friendly and the salon was clean. Jenny did an amazing job.

Went to get acrylics because my regular nail tech was unavailable. I'd been a couple of times months ago and everyone was pleasant but the various nail tech's work is hit or miss. I made an appointment with Tony. He was late getting there and I watched him do another customer while he had someone work on mine. When he finally got to me, he was cranky and fussed the whole time about holding my hands the way he wanted. He kept saying "If you have to watch me, I'm just gonna stop working." I wasn't trying to watch him. I just don't sit there and concentrate on what he's doing. As everyone, I just get lost thinking about other things on my mind. If I'm spending that kind of money, it should be a treat, not a chore. I want go back. read more

This place is terrible and I will not recommend anyone to go back, EVER. Half of the technicians there don't know how to do full sets or acrylic, per the OWNER himself. Why have them there if they cant render the service? Speaking of the owner, Tony,Tommy, whoever's he is, he is rude and frustrated with the wrong people. Throw the whole place away. After driving over an hour to come here, sat for almost an hour and a half without even being spoken to. watched 4 people without an appointment being taken before me. Had 2 women doing nail fill-ins, and 3 or 4 doing pedicures. in of helping me with my nails, the lady that I was waiting on, Susan, went and started doing pedicures. I had a good experience the first time I went to this salon, but because of the poor treatment, will never make the drive to go back. read more

Slow service 3 hours....most of it being switched around from one person to the next! For pedicure my feet were in the water so long it was cold when they started! After an hour and a half moved to nail chair for manicure with gel polish but if you aren't getting acrylic you just sit there! Then the girl just started doi the gel with out any cuticle prep! She said she thought I just wanted them painted without a manicure....she didn't start over an do it right and owner refused to make it right! Then says he doesn't care if he looses my business!!!! First time here, just enough time for my lunch hour. They have the nice vibrating chairs. They serve wine and water with all services. Nice, but no wine at lunch,since I have to go back to work.They are very nice and let me relax. I will be back for pedicures. Only $25 read more

I took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done. From the beginning, I'm guessing the owner, thought my daughter's friend was mine. He treated her so much better than my daughter, done an excellent job on her nails (about 2 weeks ago) then he hot to my daughter. He barely spoke to her. We got home and my daughter realized her thumb nails were noticeably uneven and three days later 2 of them came off. A week later they had all fell off. My daughters friends nails are even and still on to this day (as they should be) I would advise him not to treat someone's kid better than there friend and do a heck of a better job on their nails simply because their mom is watching when you were WRONG AND SCREWED MY KIDS NAILS UP!! I'll admit you are nicest man I've ever met in a nail salon and you actually talk to your customers instead of just chattering to the other workers in your native language (but you did do that alot more when you were doing my kids nails) I'm very disappointed in the work and favoritism. Had you treated my daughter the same as you did her friend, the tip would've been alot more. I hope this helps. I wont be back. Worst manicure I have ever had. Full set broke within 24hrs, nail polish was chipped before I left the salon. The whole thing was terrible. I just kept repeating to myself, I'm wasting my money. Will never go back. It was terrible. Wish I just asked for a refund before I left. read more

Extremely unprofessional service by the proprietor and should be zero stars. I requested to have my toes and fingers painted and showed the gentleman a design on my phone which he said they could perform. From my experience, most of the time special nail design does not turn out correctly and this was no different on my toes. After trying to explain more what I wanted, I gave up and asked for the polish to be removed from both big toes and have them painted a solid color and said that I would pay for the inconvenience of having to redo the two nails. The proprietor then told that he wasn't interested in doing anymore and for me to just leave. I misunderstood and told him again that I was happy to pay for him to redo the two nails. He then told me that he had enough customers and didn't need to do anymore for me. There was one other customer waiting and another nail tech. I was dumbfounded that someone could be so rude and unprofessional because they could not perform what I had originally requested or even the compromise I had made. I was not rude to this gentleman one bit, he just didn't want to admit that what he had done didn't look like the photo. I offered several times to pay him to finish as I had one toenail with shaky lines on them and the other just white and my fingers still to be painted as well. This is not a case of the customer always being right as I understand the risk taken with special nail designs and offered to pay for their mistake. This man should be ashamed of his conduct, it's one thing to refuse service if the customer is out of line but it is absurd to refuse service because of his own impatience for his shortcomings. read more

Went yesterday and it was the worst experience Ive had with nail salons. Ive been there before and it was just ok. They didn't do my nails the way I asked but they weren't horrible so I just let it go. This was my first time there since the new owners took over. Anyway, they were busy yesterday, girls with their small kids running around screaming and climbing all over the pedicure chairs, and them yelling at the kids the whole time to sit down. I tell her I want the hot stone pedicure (said it several times and even pointed to it on their "menu"). She works a little bit, puts the polish on, and walks away and starts on another lady. Im like "wait ,are you done? Is that it?" And they're like "which one did you tell her you wanted?" Seriously? I told her what I wanted and she even looked at their "menu" several times to see what the hot stone pedi included. She gave me the basic pedicure and didn't even TOUCH my legs, no lotion on my feet either. I went to specifically get some attention on my legs and feet because they're sore from moving stuff back into my newly remodeled bedroom/closet. But its too late now so I just move on to my manicure. Had them take my old nails off since my nails had grown out underneath them. Told them to just do my nails and a manicure. Asked for a colored polish with a clear gel polish on top to strengthen them. First, she CUT MY NAILS OFF! Didn't realize what she was doing till she had already cut two. I pulled my hand back n asked why she was cutting my nails and she stuttered a minute then said she had to make them even. A little filing would've made them even. But its too late now. So she finishes chopping them off and proceeds to polish several layers with clear. I ask when she's putting the color on and she says she can't use regular color with gel top coat. After I SHOWED her the color I wanted and told her to put clear gel on top and she never said a word. (They do it in Gastonia all the time). And she never once touched my cuticles, so no manicure either. It was pretty much the opposite of a relaxing experience. Now I'll have to go somewhere else one day this week (if I can find time) to get my actual pedicure and manicure. I don't think Ive ever given anything or any place a one star review, but this was horrible. I was SO disappointed. Its hard for me to find time to do things like this, and when I do, I want it to be nice and relaxing and stress free. I was so irritated and annoyed when I left. read more
