I finally asked "how long is the wait for a fill" and one of the workers said something that I couldn't understand (she was wearing a mask and I couldn't hear her) I thought she said "20 minutes" so I reiterated and said "20 minutes?" Then she literally barked at me and said "I SAID ONE MINUTE". She yelled it with annoyance in her voice. I walked out. I will never go back. I've never been to a nail salon where I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in and then yelled at. Absolutely disgraceful.

My girlfriend of 8+ years whom I love tremendously was having bad day today (her father passed away recently without a will and the resulting stress from that has had her at a constant breaking point ever since). She decided, and I agreed, that maybe a little pampering would do her well. It was a bit close to closing time and the love of my life did already anticipate that she may have to make an appointment for another day. Instead of being greeted with a smile and being told that her mild pampering would have to wait until another day she spoken to loudly and rudely claiming she couldn't just walk in without an appointment. She had been calling for 3 days, unable to leave a message to the only number listed. A cellular number with no voicemail set up and thereby no possible way of making an appointment. They are literally directly across the road from us. Within earshot if they accepted appointments by feral screams. She came home crying, much the way she has for acceptable reasons since her father has passed. I'm disgusted. I'm angry. The one time since she lost her father that I sent her elsewhere to get a smile and she comes back to me more of an emotional wreck than she's been since losing her father... I'm DISGUSTED by the lack of decency shown by what should be a business aimed at a customers happiness. I would not recommend and strongly ask that this business not be allowed to operate in such a distasteful and deplorable manner. I'm now going to console the love of my life because I made the mistake of sending her to such a rude and inconsiderate place of business for a service that she truly expected would put a smile on her face. Even only a little smile would've been far better than the tears she came home with. I'm angry as the love of my life is crying. I'm trying to console her as my emotions are at a level high enough to eclipse the moon at its highest and brightest point in the sky. Please, don't let this atrocity happen to another woman who is simply searching for a small bit of happiness in a world that makes that smile ask seem so hard to obtain...

Part of the reason it took so long was because a very nice young girl who hardly spoke English started my pedicure and she was doing a great job. They got busy so the young girl was pulled to do another pedicure while a young man came out from the back to finish mine. He touched both of my big toe nails, ruining the great job the young girl had done. He proceeded to redo them but did not put a clear coat on first and these 2 nails look quite unprofessional compared to the others the young girl did for me. They charged me $40 which I think was okay but never having had one before, I'm not entirely sure. Not sure I would return to this location.
