His tone and body language were intimidating -- especially toward two minors who had already felt pressured. To make matters worse, my daughter's friend (who is half Vietnamese) understood that during their appointment, he made a highly inappropriate and offensive comment in Vietnamese about my daughter, calling her "retarded" and "an idiot" to a female coworker. This kind of language is discriminatory, demeaning, and completely unacceptable in any business. I am now considering reporting this incident to law enforcement and consumer protection agencies due to how the girls were treated and the verbal harassment that occurred. Parents, please be very cautious before sending your teens here -- no one should experience intimidation or verbal abuse in a salon setting.
