We had such high hopes as it was our first time here and read the great reviews. My nail technician was filing off my gel and it got really hot and I said "ouch". I had to say that another at least 5 times! My friend had read that they do nail art, when she asked for a butterfly it was a sticker! It looks like something a young child would have. My gal not friendly at all, I tried many times to talk to her. After I tipped her and we were all done, "oops! we forgot to ask if you would like a glass of wine, or beverage". I had an appt with someone whose name rhymed with hers but it's not like I was being demanding or anything - just simply checking in and since I don't frequent the place I just didn't really know with whom the appt was. Made me feel uncomfortable. Then she was complaining to her other clients and making them feel special about how they were her clients and I wasn't. It was embarrassing for me and it ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. Many of my friends have stopped coming here because of her behavior. I should have listened to their warnings. I'm sure some of them are great nail techs but if you don't like being embarrassed in front of crowds I'd avoid it. read more

Me and my fiancé came here today to get her nails done and a pedicure for myself. When I tell you this has got to be the nicest and cleanest nail salon I've been in, it truly is! Everything they do at this fantastic establishment is purely intentional. I got what's called the "The Gentleman Spa Pedicure Treatment". They come out with a whole set up little table with everything needed for the best damn pedicure you'll ever receive. There's even a little sign on the table that says "Gentlemen's Spa Treatment". I took my daughter and myself here a few weeks ago. I was recommended by a moms group and they did not disappoint! I got a pedicure and my daughter got a dip manicure. Everyone was so polite and very welcoming. The shop is pristine and they have everything you could ever want. They offer a huge variety of drinks to all, even snacks during my pedicure. It was hands down, the best pedicure I have had and I am a pretty big "snob" when it comes to this. Vivian did my pedicure and she was so friendly and caring. The couple next to me were having the best time and Yen was busy checking in with everyone while she worked. I know everyone LOVES this place so I wanted to try it out. It's a 3.5 all things considered but I'm rounding down to 3. My appointment started more than 15 minutes late. I had a gel mani and pedi appointment with Yen. She offered to do my gel mani while Danny did my pedi so I didn't have to stay there as long since I brought my baby. I said okay but didn't care either way. Baby is super chill and my husband was coming to pick him up anyways halfway into my appointment time. Yen did my gel mani and Danny did my pedi. Danny was good. Yen was...okay. She isn't particularly friendly. Later she proceeded to say she saved me an hour (and actually she didn't read on) but it hurt her back to lean over. Well, maybe don't offer that then if you're going to complain about it. She put on two coats of the light color I chose. When it was finished, it was very noticeable the color didn't cover my nail well. I mentioned it to her and she tried to say it's because of my nails. Uh, no, it's actually not. I get my nails done all the time and have never had an issue with a light color not covering it, just would need a third coat. I told her I wanted at least the thumbs fixed since those were the most noticeable. Her husband fixed them. When it was time to pay she said she wasn't charging me extra for a glitter she put on the tips. Um okay thanks. Considering the whole experience wasn't that great, I think it would have been more off putting if she had. For the price, just wasn't really what I expected. I was hoping for amazing vibe, great customer service and quality. I can say with certainty, I have no interest in going back here, but at least I gave it a try. read more

I usually have to get a gel pedicure once a month not here- I go seven weeks easy and the only reason I change it is because my toenails grow. Honestly, it's amazing I don't know what they use but it's all top notch, organic products. I started getting my nails dipped & my toenails gel pedicure about four months ago. It is the best service I have ever had anywhere on the globe! they also have the best espresso coffee just really appreciate the service they provide!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! SAVE YOUR NAILS AND DON'T GO HERE!! If I could give this salon a negative 10, I would. They harmed me instead of making me happy and trusting of their work. I didn't want to leave a review here so I don't hurt the business but my nails were done with acrylic powder instead of dip powder and I was harmed!!! How does the owner Yen allow her nail techs to do this and cheat the customer!!! Recently the thick acrylic overlay spilt down the middle and it spilt my natural nail underneath as well. I am currently in extreme pain and I cannot work with my right hand since one of my fingernails is damaged. I had to go to another salon and pay $25 to get them removed!!! That's not even the end of my devastating nail journey with this salon, that particular fingernail couldn't be cut because half of my hyponychium will be exposed and it could result in getting a very serious infection that could lead to a possible amputation!!! I will be going to an urgent care to get my fingernail fixed and have them prescribe me a prophylactic antibiotic!! No wonder my nails lasted 5 weeks with "dip powder" because it was thick acrylic overlay !!!! Not only did they harm my fingernails, they stole my time, money, and the generous tip I gave them even after the nail technician was unprofessional and rude. She didn't care to give me the nails I wanted. She seemed miserable working at that salon. She's better off at another job if she's out in the public harming customers at this salon. The lady (don't know her name, no name tag) that did my nails didn't do a good job. She seemed in a rush and didn't care to try to do the same nails I showed her in the multiple screenshots I showed her. I showed her a simple valentine nail design that she irritably said she couldn't do with dip powder but that's not true because other salons can do design with dip. And she has the audacity to do acrylic powder/overlay and not even give me a design!!! Also for my toes, the nail polish wasn't smooth even the second time around. This is the third time and last time I will come here. Mostly I came due to close proximity and ease of location, first 2 times it was ok/decent but pricey. This is by far the worst appointment I've had for a pedicure here. The female technician messed up in over painting my toes took her approximately 10 minutes to correct and remove sloppy paint. Literally one wipe with foot scrub on bottom of foot. No massage technique, no massage really just some pressure with thumb on my leg. Foot soaking Water was lukewarm and the paraffin wax was scalding hot. I even said as much and she still put my foot right into bag of wax...ouch!. No attention was paid to my foot callus even though I told her to scrub on it. The technician charged me $80 even though menu said $60 plus $15 for gel. Do not waste time or money here unless you like throwing money at a mediocre experience. read more
