I've been here twice, the lady that works here is absolutely wonderful and amazing and polite. I love her she's quite just like me. However the guy that works there or owns the place is very mean and rude. I felt scared to even speak up and he just treated me like i was a nuisance. I felt very uncomfortable when he did my nails. I know there don't seem to be many choices in this town, but don't even bother with this place. This was one of the FEW places that popped up for SNS as I was in the area for work. The shop was messy, and I knew something was off the minute my tech started. I live in Atlanta, and have been getting SNS for two years. This shop's process was different and even though I LITERALLY got these done yesterday, when I landed back home from my flight out of Harrisburg, two nails had cracked and chipped. With my $10 tip (yes! Because they were a two person team and the husband and wife kept switching between clients and I felt bad) these nails cost me $55 and were more expensive than my awesome home nail tech in a metro city! I'm so upset. My home tech fixed the two nails in the closest color she could, only to have two more crack while driving home. I am NOT rough with my nails, no hits or bumps. Maybe they do gel well? This place is fantastic! After trying pretty much all the other nail salons in Chambersburg and being disappointed, I thought I'd give this one a shot. The couple that owns this place is great. They get the length and shape of the nails perfect every time. The owner is very attentive and always checks to make sure I like my nails and he isn't hurting me. I injured me finger awhile back and he was so careful to make sure it didn't hurt. They are great! The shop itself is a little disorganized but I'd rather have great nails than a spa like experience. I finally found a nice, clean place to have my nails done at-locally. This salon is always clean and sanitary. I always get compliments on the french mani/pedis when I get them. The prices are reasonable-$35 for a mani/pedi combo(french is extra). read more

I really enjoyed coming here last night to get SNS nails done for the first time. The service was excellent, and she was sure to ask if I liked the color once it was on and if my nails looked alright. I love my nails, and I am so excited to come back to get them done again. read more

My sister and I go for a girls day, which typically includes getting our nails done, once a month. We pretty regularly went to a salon in Shippensburg but decided to branch out of the area and chose this one. Walking in, it was so calm and relaxing. We each got a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was so relaxing and they had the massage chair running so I could have my back massaged while the woman did my feet. She was kind and laughed with me when I made jokes. The full set was just as relaxing and the man asked several times if he was hurting me and made sure to tell me that if I didn't like anything or wanted something different to let him know so he could do it right. I made comments several times on how nice the place was and how awesome the people were. For the 2 full sets and the 2 pedicures, it was a little pricey but so totally worth it. Going here, you get what you pay for and even though it is a bit more expensive than I'd like, my sister and I are definitely coming back next month. read more

Made an appointment for my girls and I to get our nails done. We needed them done a certain way. Of course the girls didn't get anything close to what I told her, and showed her. She rushed them, and mine were a joke. Within 2 days my pinky, and middle finger nail broke off. I asked for a simple heart on our ring finger. My heart she put on the bottom of the nail on one, then on my other she put close to my cuticle. They also grinded my nail down but my cuticle so low that I had to go get my nails done again a week later. Total waste of money. read more
