Horrible pedicure. Rough! Cut nail into bed and caused bleeding when trimming nails. Cuticles barely cleaned up. Polish not cleaned up around edges. Cut side of nail not painted. Polish layers put on so quickly they rippled. Woman in chair next to me was also jumping around while they cut her cuticles too close. Will not return. read more

Best in town! Everyone is great. I have gone far and wide for nails and in this area it's not always super easy to find a place that is consistent and kind. The woman (owner) who did my nails did an awful job. Only put one coat of the dip colored powder on. I said I was concerned it wouldn't be dark enough and she told me she put it on thick. She barely filed my nails and left rough spots all over the edges and some different shapes on each side of the nail. She also left dried acrylic on my fingers and just told me to wash more. This nail salon was not very clean and not very friendly or efficient. The woman doing my nails, which I think was the owner, was more concerned with talking to her employees then focusing on doing my nails. She stopped several times to answer the phone, take money from other employees and mop the floor! She barely spoke to me and pushed my hands into the water or wherever she wanted them to be instead of asking me. Rude! I know she can speak English but chose not to speak it to me. There was no hand massage or lotion applied after the shellac service. They also charge you $2 to charge anything under $40. Will never go back and won't recommend to friends. read more

If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. It's by far the worst place I've ever gone to get my nails done at. I'm in Michigan visiting family right now. The other day my cousins and I decided we wanted to get our nails done. Unfortunately, they said this is one of the only nail salons in the area that accepts walk-ins. We arrived and there were only THREE nail techs working. I couldn't even keep count of how many people were waiting before us. We expected a wait time since we didn't have an appointment. But, we arrived at 11:30 and I didn't get taken until about 2:00. As I said, I expected a wait time, but 2 1/2 hours?? It was a bit ridiculous. Once I was finally sat in the chair, I told the man exactly what I wanted. I told him that I wanted a NexGen fill. He then proceeded to ask me which color I had picked out. I told him. He went and grabbed them and I patiently waited. He came back with the colors I had picked out and then started on my nails. Now I'm not sure if it's different other places, or if there are different techniques, but every time I get fills for my NexGen back at home, they drill the top layer and then soak the rest off. That was not the case here. He tried to drill the color off. But I could tell he was struggling with getting it off. So much so, that he then turned my nail toward his friend next to him, started talking to him in a language that I don't understand, and they both started to laugh. I was annoyed, so I asked him what was wrong. And his friend he was talking to told me that, "There are different ways to do nails and he was having trouble getting the color off." I brushed it off and let him continue. He never ended up getting the color off any of my nails completely. There were still spots here and there on every single nail. He then applied the polish and dipped my nail in the NexGen powder. He then drilled that off, tried it again with the second color, and then drilled that off too. He then started to apply a thin layer of acrylic to my nails. I figured he did it because maybe it would help the NexGen process. Once he was done with the acrylic, he pulls out colors for shellac polish and tells me to pick a color. I asked him why and he said it was because, "They don't do NexGen fills. If I wanted NexGen they would have to remove it all and restart." I looked at him confused. Because I had told him exactly what I wanted and if he couldn't do it, then he should have told me then instead of continuing on. Also, while waiting for that 2 1/2 hours I had seen him do a couple NexGen fills WITHOUT starting all over. I asked him how much it would be and he told me $45, but their price list states that a full set of NexGen is $20. By that time I was so annoyed that I had just picked out colors from the shellac polishes so I could get out of there. He started to paint my nails, and I had to keep reminding him which colors were mine because he had so many on his table. He kept grabbing the wrong ones and I kept having to tell him which one was mine. It took him about 5 minutes to paint my nails and then he was done. It was messy and since he never got the color off from before completely, you can see it through the shellac polish. It was such an unenjoyable experience and my nails look AWFUL. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon ever again. Not to mention, it looks pretty run down and dirty. Plus, they were using the same tools on clients without sanitizing them first. So gross. I definitely don't recommend coming here at all. read more

This salon was horrible in my opinion. Although the man who did my nails was nice, It wasn't exactly the best. The place was not very sanitary. What makes it worst is that the area is very small and usually smaller areas are easier to clean which makes it a lot worse. Something else I'd like to mention is that they don't have any types of dappen dishes or even something to pour the acrylic in which I feel isn't sanitary at all. Their brushes were also very dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned. Aside from that, the nails were horrible. They drilled my nails down quite a lot and made them much thinner than they already were. The shape was horrible and nothing like I asked for. When I soaked of the acrylic, my nails had small red lines all down the tips of my nails and they looked really scraped up and they hurt. read more

well my best friend and her mom are/were regulars at this salon, she told me that they did her nails very well and they always looked super nice and clean so i thought i would give it a try. let me be clear i was under the impression that i would be paying 25-30 dollars for a new set of acrylics since that's what is on the sign in the salon. well i walk in it didn't seem so awful YET. i could see either what looked like dust or nail dust from the files. i picked my colors and got sat down close to immediately with tony. he was also working on a soak off next to me so i knew he was going to be going back and forth. he started filling my real nail with a USED nail file that NEEDED to be thrown away then started using the E-file. the file wasn't cleaned there was absolutely no sanitation in that place. he got my skin not once but three times. i was super nervous i was going to get a staff infection! he got kinda pissed off that i wanted my nails longer because i don't like short nails. well when he was getting the dust off my hands he used this powder brush and it had clumps of old acrylic NOT FROM MY NAILS more dust inside of it, and dried nail polish all over it. he used it AFTER he cut my fingers open so i was big nervous. i just kept looking at my boyfriend mouthing "i'm gonna get an infection come sit next to me and watch this." he wasn't having it. my nails weren't even and didn't have enough gel on so it was spotty. he also charged me 50 dollars which i was under the impression i was only going to pay 25-30 and i asked him why so expensive and it's only because i wanted a longer nail, i didn't even care at that point. all in all IT WAS DISGUSTING IN THERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. i really recommend not going to this place!!!!! read more
