First -- Amy and Fenny are still AMAZING. They're professional, talented, and their work is always top tier. This has nothing to do with them at all, this is 100% about how appointments are being managed. I called around 2pm to book and specifically asked for Amy and Fenny. I was given a 5pm appointment and told it would take about 1-1.5 hours depending on design, which was perfect because I had dinner at 7. I got there on time at 5... and wasn't seated until almost 5:30pm. Amy started my nails then, and Fenny didn't start my pedicure until around 5:50pm. At that point I'm already stressed because I have plans. I ended up having to push my dinner... then push it again. I didn't leave until 7pm. So I was there for 2 hours and 12 minutes, not because of the service itself, but because my appointment started 30+ minutes late. Also, because they were closing, I was asked to check out while I was still being serviced. Not a huge deal, but just adds to the experience. What really bothered me was the front. Amy and Fenny were great as always, but the person managing appointments didn't acknowledge the delay, didn't apologize, didn't give a heads up... nothing. If you know you're running behind, just say that. Call me, or at least tell me when I walk in that it's going to be a 30-45 minute wait so I can decide what I want to do. And the most frustrating part -- parking. Yes, they validate, but because THEY were running late, I still ended up paying $12 out of pocket. That honestly made me MAD. I showed up on time for my appointment... why am I paying for the delay??.....I would like to be REFUNDED for that. This place is more expensive than others nearby, which I've been fine with because the quality is there. I'll still come back for Amy and Fenny, but this was a really disappointing experience. If this happens again, I'm not waiting -- I'll just walk out. Management really needs to tighten up scheduling and communication because the nail techs themselves are too good for this kind of experience.
Anna always comes through with the perfect refill! She's amazing at doing nails and always makes my nails look brand new. Her steady hand and attention to detail really show in her work. I always leave happy with my nails looking flawless. Highly recommend Anna if you want beautiful, quality nails every time!
This would have been a go to spot for me if it weren't for the fact that my technician cut me :-( I asked for a last minute pedicure and they were able to get me in within the hour. The space is super big and clean and parking is easy to find! The pedicure was about an hour long, and she prepped and painted super fast. I would've been okay if she took her time longer if that meant I didn't get cut. This was my first time ever getting a pedicure, and unfortunately I think my last time getting it done here.
I discovered this salon about 8 months ago while driving by. I work nearby and somehow have overlooked this salon on many occasions. But I'm so happy to have found them. I can squeeze in a mani/pedi after work or even at lunch depending on my service request. They have a big variety of products and use premium brands. The techs and staff are very good too. They have a 7 day policy for fixes and are happy to fix problems. I highly recommend this salon. If you are willing to pay for good products and service this is the salon for you. If you want inexpensive you can get the basics here too. Make sure you ask about costs upfront if you are on a budget.
I've been coming here since October and have never left disappointed. Annie did my nails and I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she killed it. I usually ask for pretty detailed stuff and the nail techs are always awesome and take their time. The space is clean and spacious and I feel like the price is fair considering all the hard work put into each set.
Took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time as a Christmas treat and it delivered! Hannah was wonderful. My daughter had a very specific idea of the design she wanted and Hannah was meticulous and took her time to get it exactly right. The results were beautiful and my daughter left the store beaming. The store is clean and spacious. Only drawback is the parking, which can be hard to find and we exceeded the 2 hr validation they provide. But overall, highly recommend!
This nail place has been my go to for the past 6 months! I absolutely love coming here, and Annie is the best!! She takes such great care of my natural nails and always pays attention to the smallest details! I get Gel X on top of my nails and she always does amazing on the designs and they last so well! My last set stayed on for 4 weeks with no issues! You can tell she really cares about nail health as well as the final look! She is so patient and helpful with picking colors and designs that go well together. She'll even do a test on one nail so we can see how they look before committing which I really appreciate. I always leave feeling so happy with my nails and i get so many compliments! I can't recommend this place and especially her enough! Highly recommend!!
I've been researching different nail salons for a while, and I think I've finally found my go-to spot! I called for a same-day appointment, and Khai scheduled me with no hassle--he was super nice both on the phone and in person. When I arrived, he greeted me warmly and even offered me water--a small but thoughtful touch that made a great first impression. Tiffany took care of my nails, and she was an absolute gem--so sweet, easy to talk to, and genuinely kind. She did a phenomenal job, paying attention to every detail. A huge bonus for me was that she also took the time to clean up my cuticles, which I really appreciated since I'm a nail biter. Honestly, I almost don't want to share how amazing she is because I'd love to keep her all to myself! But I must give credit where credit is due--she's incredible. I got short Gel-X nails, and for just $60, it was the best money I've ever spent on nails. I've paid more at other places and never felt this satisfied with the results. I'll definitely be coming back, even if it means making the drive--it's totally worth it. Thank you, Khai and Tiffany, for making my first experience such a great one! Highly recommend this place! I tried a builder gel manicure for the first time with Tia and I love them! All the designs are super neat, I was impressed with how fast she was able to finish. It's been a week and still hasn't chipped. I also got a gel pedicure done by sweet Ms. Finley which came out super cute too but the price for gel was a bit expensive ($35 for just pedicure, $20 for gel) read more

I checked out this spot because of the good reviews and because it's located super close to my home. Ivan recommended gel builder for my nails and I am absolutely in love. Ivy worked on my gel pedicure. Both nails technicians were amazing. They provided quality service and they took their time on my nails and toes. They were so accommodating (validated parking, offered me a charger to charge my phone) and (most importantly) paid attention to detail. I really love how perfect my gel builder nail set and gel pedicure turned out. The spot is so cute and full of space. I was made to feel comfortable and was also able to fully relax while getting pampered. After one visit, I am able to say I found a new nail home. read more

First time here and my experience was pleasant. Ivy made sure I was happy with the color and shape of my nails. Removing my old gel and giving me a fresh polish took about 2.5 hours including the waiting time - not bad. The overall atmosphere was nice. Thankfully, I brought my own water and snacks because I was not offered any at the salon. Not a huge issue for me though. Will be back! :) read more

Had a great first experience with Tia today! She did Builder Gel with a thin french tip and the nails turned out so clean and pretty. She did a great job checking in on me throughout the process to make sure I was ok with length, shape, color and then the width of the tip since I asked for it to be a thin tip. Price was great and I was in and out of there within one hour which is fantastic. Would definitely come again! Only thing I would recommend is for them to hire someone full time that only does front desk check ins because the staff kept getting interrupted whenever a new person walked in which impacted the customer experience. Maybe also start appointments 10-15 min after opening to help the staff get settled in before customers arrive :) read more

I was in need of an emergency nail appt for my cruise. I missed my nail appt with the tech in my area. I was frantic and had to think of a way to get my nails done before I boarded the ship. The only thing that made sense was to find a nail tech in Long Beach since that is where the port is located. The 4.5 star rating prompted me to make an appointment. I called Thursday night and they booked me for Friday morning. The salon is located in downtown Long Beach and it's beautiful and very clean. Jasmine did my acrylic full set with gel polish. Cloud did my toe nail polish change. Both nail techs were very sweet and I appreciate how detailed they are in their work. This hands down has to be one of the best nail jobs I've ever had. And they even let you park for free in the parking garage. My only regret is that I don't live close enough to be a regular customer of theirs. However, I will have to treat myself to Nailsneedlove Studio II when I am in Long Beach to visit again. Thank you all again for saving the day read more

Hi, unfortunately we don’t have kids chair pedicure but we do offer kid pedicure. They will soak their feet with some roses petals and we will do sugar scrub, and light massage with lotion, many choices of polishes after that.
