They don't have an HR and you're told to email the owner who then ignores your plight. Edit: oh wow, now I finally get some answers! Only took me finally speaking up publically. 1- I've explained multiple times that this is NOT a fake name, it's my business name and it's attached to my professional email. Its on all of my accounts. 2- It was NEVER brought to my attention that I was "difficult" to work with. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I adhered to the rules when they were brought up because there was NO employee/contractor handbook for retail. How was I supposed to know the nuances without guidance? I would've appreciated being told as such, so I could work on any "difficulty". 3- Instead of ignoring me, you could communicate! I had valid reasons for the discrimination and instead of addressing them, you're now claiming I was difficult. Considering we're commission based, giving my hours to another employee (august, if you recall the email) is unprofessional. 4- I did not cancel last minute, I had emailed a week prior, giving you two weeks to find a replacement. Asking me, who has no contacts, no coworkers, no list of available caricature artists, to find a replacement is ridiculous. Use your money to buy an HR rep and communicate with employees in the future instead of waiting for a negative review.
