I'll start off by saying that the women in the office and the technicians are friendly here. My Botox job was fine. I came here lured in by good prices and plenty of deals. I wanted to see if I could actually get a great lip filler job for the $249 that Naked MD was advertising by social media and text messaging. I was hopeful but kept neutral expectations as this really is an unheard of cost for this procedure. I got to my appt and right after my technician took the syringe and filler out of its packaging, she said "Just so you know, this particular filler you bought in our flash sale is known to make your lips look lumpy". Literally nobody wants a lumpy lip job. Why would you even sell this product for lips if it makes your lips lumpy? Why are you telling me this now and not in any fine print in the advertising are when the appt was being made? Obviously I said no thanks to lumpy lips and ended up having to pay an extra $100 to get the non-lumpy filler. Instant guaranteed upselling. I felt deceived and fooled by their pricing gimmick. Even after upgrading to Juvederm, 2 week post-procedure, my lips are not completely symmetrical in size and shape and there are dips where the filler is uneven in places. **Be aware** - if you buy filler at a good discount here you'll be getting the "lumpy lip" filler substance that isnt highly recommended for lip injections. read more

Where to begin. Chief complaint: I do not know how many units of Xeomin I received and if I received what i was quoted - that is not what I was told during my consult. I went in for a consult for my forehead. I signed up for the brow forehead new client special. I got a consult with their, idk sales specialist, and she went from you need 12 to you need 18. I said I wanted 10, and she said ok 12. Then she switched the suggested formula for my concerns like 3x times. Then it was back to debating the units and telling me what I needed to address on my face, when I explicitly said I was happy with the way that I looked and that i was there JUST for my forehead. She some how talked me into 15 by suggesting i keep balanced. I agreed to 15. The RN came in later and said ok, 15 is fine, showed me the lot and expiration number and did 15. Then i got checked out. Asked for a receipt to be emailed. It was not until I checked the receipt today to submit, that i realized i was technically either charged twice or I was given the incorrect amount of tox. I am upset because I already didn't trust the content or reviews left here and this only adds to my experience. Not to mention - They had me waiting for an hour! I really don't have anything negative to say about the customer experience other than it was disorganized, unprofessional, and encroached on my insecurities. I did my research and knew that the cost would end up being higher than advertised because I wanted a higher quality filler. I paid an extra $200 for Juvederm, but that is still lower than all the med spas that I've found. Ash did my filler, and she listened well to what I was looking for, while still giving her own suggestions. She used 70% of my syringe before showing me where I was at and then asked where I would want more volume. I wanted more fullness in my bottom lip and she suggested the placement and got my confirmation before continuing. My results were fantastic. I waited two weeks to write this review to show photos. I chose Restylane Contour for a more heightened, Bratz doll look. I think it's so cool how NakedMD offers so many different types of filler and recommends the best one depending on your goals. The girls here treated me so well. They brought me caprisun because I tend to get dizzy around needles. They went above and beyond to help me decide what filler I wanted. My injector, Casey, was amazing! She had such great energy and made me feel comfortable the whole time. When I felt like passing out during the service, the girls brought me caprisun and mott's gummies (my favorite!). Casey was so gentle with my lips and was super attentive when I told her how I wanted my lips. I would give 5 stars for the service and the girls, but I'm giving 4 stars overall because of the way the deal is set up. Although they keep everything professional, it feels so cold and unwelcoming. I was brought into the room and completed the required phone check-in with a nurse practitioner to be cleared. After that, no one ever came in to check on me or provide an update. I waited in the room for a full hour and left at 5:30 PM without being seen. To make matters worse, I later received an automated "thank you for visiting" text, despite the fact that no services were provided and no one followed up or apologized. Do NOT come to this place! They're completely misleading and honestly trying to scam people. I paid $377 for forehead tox, a full syringe of filler, lip flip, and facial just to show up and get "consulted" by someone who wasn't even a nurse. She told me the tox they use would make my face look droopy or heavy and that I should pay more for Botox. Then she said their filler makes lips look ducky, feels hard, and migrates -- and tried to upsell me another $400 for Restylane. The whole thing felt shady. She even tried to tell me I still had filler in my lips when I had them dissolved 3 years ago (three times!). At that point I knew something was off. I refused to get anything done because it felt like a total scam. Honestly, How am I supposed to trust someone whose own face looks completely botched? And to make it worse they refused to refund me and told me I had to call their "concierge service" to try to get my money back. Don't fall for their "good prices." It's all a trick. Not going to lie, all the negative reviews here made me so anxious for my session. I almost called to cancel my appointment right before bc finding a new injector is pretty nerve wracking, but the whole experience from when I arrived to checking out was so great! I was absolutely proven wrong. The front desk team were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I especially appreciate the transparency of the Aesthetic Assistant (she has such a pretty and unique name, I don't wanna mess up spelling her name). She educated me on the benefits of getting all my forehead injections at the same time vs my 11's separately from the rest of my forehead. She also took her time breaking down the cost of each unit of tox and totaling up my balance to ensure I was comfortable before we proceeded. They welcome you and asks you to sign in for your appt very quick and easy, then you wait for your injector (mine was Dionna) and ask you if you'd like water and I got mine with a drop of chlorella. My injector Dionna did a great job, she did naked glow + on my temples and mid face, the results were amazing! I also got prf under my eyes and they require at least 3 sessions. After my first session I already saw a difference a few hours after the treatment. I am so obsessed! Dionna took her time and was particular with her work. She had great personality and a calming vibe. I wish I had a before photo to show the hollowness on my temples, but after treatment I look more refreshed.
