After interviewing several contractors, we met Guy and Ido from Together Design & Build Dallas, and chose to go with them cause they sounded like they had the most experience for all the contractors we met. They handled everything--design, permitting, construction--and made the process easy for us. we always knew what was happening, how much it would cost, and what to expect next. The ADU turned out beautiful--modern finishes, smart use of space, fully insulated, and it feels like a real home. My mother moved in last month and keeps telling us how comfortable. When I canceled they suddenly said there would be a $50 cancelation fee, which was never mentioned previously and there was no contract. I had prepaid in March for 3 months and canceled first of April. Ask for refund of the difference was told it would be be 4-6 weeks. End of May and nothing (8 wks later). Sure they will say it is because they were bought out, but that is no excuse. Terrible customer service and terrible response, it's trash pickup why make it so difficult.

My husband works from home and I work in-office. Come to find out, Isaac let himself on our home without permission, trespassing, and who knows what was done on our roof without speaking to us. If he had a chance of having our business, it is now gone. I would not trust a man who trespasses on potential clients' property.
