Stopped into Nanas to grab a floral bouquet for my sister in laws birthday, was worried when I didn't see any on display, but I let the staff know what I was looking for and she asked my price range, and in gave her a range and she brought out two full beautiful bouquets and my daughter picked one to take. The flowers were fresh and smelled great. I selected to go out of my way for Nanas because they were so accommodating for my aunts funeral. She passed recently and Nanas offered that folks could call in to place orders for an arrangement for no delivery fee to the funeral home. They even took my same day as the funeral call for an arrangement. I wasn't sure it was going to be possible but they made it happen. I've used Nana's twice now and they've provided exceptional service and quality both times. I wish they had a way to order online, but actually having to speak to someone works great too. Both times I've used them, I had to order from out of state and 3 time zones away without any issues on their side. I say their side bc I gave them the wrong address for a same day delivery the day BEFORE Mothers Day due to my Nino passing. They had to reattempt delivery to a different address and were successful. Additionally, they told me they didnt have all the flowers in the picture but the florist would make substitutions using the same color scheme. This has never worked out well for me, but the arrangment they designed was STUNNING. I'm so grateful to them because I couldn't find any florist that would do a delivery until Tuesday and they got it done same day! I also used them about a year ago when my Nana passed for a standing arrangement. It came out great as well. Amazing service and product! Do yourself a favor and use them. read more
