When you see the word Nana, Asian is not the image you think of first. They did not make the arrangement I ordered. The flowers they delivered were old and didn't last even 1 day. They did give me a partial refund. I would have rather had the right bouquet delivered or at least one that had fresh flowers. It was embarrassing. read more

I've used Nana's twice now and they've provided exceptional service and quality both times. I wish they had a way to order online, but actually having to speak to someone works great too. Both times I've used them, I had to order from out of state and 3 time zones away without any issues on their side. I say their side bc I gave them the wrong address for a same day delivery the day BEFORE Mothers Day due to my Nino passing. They had to reattempt delivery to a different address and were successful. Additionally, they told me they didnt have all the flowers in the picture but the florist would make substitutions using the same color scheme. This has never worked out well for me, but the arrangment they designed was STUNNING. I'm so grateful to them because I couldn't find any florist that would do a delivery until Tuesday and they got it done same day! I also used them about a year ago when my Nana passed for a standing arrangement. It came out great as well. Amazing service and product! Do yourself a favor and use them. read more
