The staff has been so patient, caring, gentle and loving to our 3 children. 2. Class programming - Whether it be learning about cutting hair or brushing teeth, science experiments, they do it all. I love seeing all the innovative activities. 3. Pictures - we love getting pictures and updates of our kids throughout the day using Procare. Overall, I would highly recommend Refinery Preschool.

Becky, the director, runs the daycare with great care, organization and leadership. Ms. Michelle and Ms. Julissa in room 3 are genuinely loving teachers, as were the other teachers who cared for our daughter. They did everything from ensuring she had her special little towel to sleep with each day to noticing when her breathing was labored (it was the first sign she had asthma and they were on top of it!). Having someone else care for our child is always such a difficult thing but the staff here put us at ease. Definitely recommend Childtime Brea!

We had a rough first experience with another care center when we first moved here, so we. moved her to Little Scholars after a few months at the other center. This child care center has been almost a family to us in the last 3 years when my daughter went there - every single teacher she's had, she has fond memories of (especially Ms. Toni, Ms. Sara, Ms. Rosa!). All the directors are amazing - and my daughter looks forward to going to "school" every single day! They have an amazing summer program in which they coordinate water slides, reptile visits, and other excursions. They organize egg hunts, make Mothers Day/Fathers Day crafts, have a fun Christmas performance, create memorable send-off promotion ceremony - I truly cannot believe all these teachers do to make the year so memorable. The facility is clean, bright and airy - they have a great indoor "play area" when it's cold/rainy outside. The curriculum for Pre-K is pretty spot on - my daughter was ready to enter Kinder and was definitely ahead of the pack when joining. I also really love the every day photos and Brightwheel updates they make on what she's eating, videos, photos, fun daily moments. I simply cannot say enough good things about this center! I would highly recommend!

My now 15 month old has moved into the toddler room with Ms. Britney. She walks into the class and as soon as she hears Ms. Britney call her name, she smiles and walks in even faster to find her. My daughter also really loves the director, Ms. Taryn, and gets so excited to see her. My oldest continues to thrive in Preschool with Ms. Rosa and occasionally, Ms. Toni. We set up a day for me to come over with my 3 and 2 year old, and I immediately knew this was the perfect place to trust my babes with. Shera and I hit it off right away, and the babes felt right at home. My littles have been going to Shera's for about 3 months now, and they look forward to it every morning. They always bring home cute little art projects, and my daughter's speech has improved tremendously. My kiddos constantly tells me how much they love Shera. They have consistent naptimes, and actually eat what is provided for them (which is more than I can say for when they're home). I can tell Shera also adores my babes as much as they do her. She's a phenomenal caregiver and has become a family friend. We are so lucky to have found Shera, and look forward to having her in our lives as the kids grow.

The personal and academic growth she has experienced here has gone beyond what we ever imagined. Before enrolling at Towne and Country, she attended another preschool, and it was a terrible experience. In contrast, this school has truly been a blessing. The class sizes are small, the campus is clean and beautiful, and the curriculum is of a high standard. Most of the teachers have been here for years, which says a lot about the quality and stability of the school. My daughter especially loves the big playground and the fun science and cooking projects they do every month. The staff were so kind and reassuring and even suggested starting with just a couple of hours and gradually adding more time, which helped so much. Now at 5 months old, our daughter absolutely loves it and gets the biggest smiles when she sees her teachers. The communication has been great -- I can always call for updates, and they reach out if anything is out of the ordinary. We would definitely recommend bringing your baby here.

In fact an immediate search of their school on the Orange County child licensed care website shows my allegation was sustained. If you're looking for honesty, this school is not it. And I'm sure like my last post there will all of a sudden be five random perfect reviews but remember if something seems weird it usually is. This school owes it to me to fully reimburse my one week of tuition that I paid. I highly recommend the other contact me- you have my info. Besides my own violation that is now on their official report I saw that another parent also recently reported them just be aware.
