The staff are friendly and the service is swift which is what you want when you have hungry children to feed. There is also a Drive Thru at this restaurant which is also uselful if you haven't actually got the time to go inside and sit down. On a lunchtime when time is tight, this is not ideal. The menu doesn't seem to vary that much, with the speciality burgers appearing to just change a type of lettuce leaf or bun. And when there are specials on, you have to wait an eternity to receive it. The small plus side of this is, at least you know that it has been freshly made, rather than sat on the hot plate. The prices are reasonable for what you get, but it is the customer service that it the big letdown in this once very friendly restaurant.
