However, a not-so-close exploration of the menu makes it clear that the owners aren't quite sure what their theme really is. There are items like Po' Boys and Jambalaya from Louisiana, Elk burgers presumably from the north, a curry that's Indonesian, and Korean Style Kangaroo Rump from ... well if you have any sense of geography that's just confusing. Similar to the spread of items on the menu, the presentation of the food also reveals that the owner or the chef isn't quite sure what type of cuisine they're serving. Our quesadilla was served open face as a tortilla with all that should have been between two tortillas lumped on top; I'm not sure what that is but it isn't a quesadilla. The Po' Boy was a shrimp salad served on crostini rather than tucked into a mini loaf of french bread. Neither of those dishes is supposed to be pretty or beautifully arranged. To do so just misses the point. So the food wasn't authentic. How did it taste? Meh. I've experienced better. We ate our meal as if it weren't southwest-inspired and tried to enjoy it as just another meal. The soup was tasty. The quesadilla was Meh. The po' boy had too much sauce. The ribs were tasty but too dry. And I'm told that the burrito wasn't anything to write home about. Lastly, the service was pretty good but there were only three tables of customers in the restaurant. So, bottom line? I've had better but I wouldn't refuse to go if someone else really wanted to go.

Fantastic location to go and sit and eat your subway though - overlooking the water.

Food for 2 of us was burnt. Despite all odds, the service we received from our waitress was excellent, we all felt sorry for her, as it wasn't her fault there weren't enough staff. Not the worst in the world but there's definitely far better. Like Zizzis!

The menu that they offer has variety and offers something for most tastes, and of course you can always ask for changes to the pizza etc, as it is cooked as you wait. There is seating available in the facility, should you choose to eat in, but they aren't the most comfortable of seats. Not too expensively priced and friendly service make this a great takeout to use if you are in the area.

However we were hungry, and the place down the road was really busy, so we gave it a go. Just a couple of words to describe the food there. Absolutely Bang On, Don't be put off by the first impression of this place, the food hit's the mark, plenty of it, and the prices were reasonable Ten out of Ten from us, we are comming back to Tewkesbury next Spring. It is not the most central location being opposite Tewkesbury hospital but it is always fairly busy so it must be pretty popular. Prices are abou average but probably a bit cheaper than most of the other Chinese restaurants in Tewkesbury. The staff are polite if not particularly warm and I would definitely recommend it in general.
