Needless to say 40 roses - each cut to generate a staggered arrangement with extra greenery and some golden foliage - is a lot to handle in a bunch, but the young lady there who processed my order did a very nice job putting all in a bunch with all of the extra trimmings and 'flower food' packets to use once I got home. In fact there we so many roses and extra trimmings that my wife and I had to split the bouquet into two Waterford vases as they were just so bulky. That, and cut down the length to something manageable. The end result was quite stunning as all the shades of pink were quite beautiful. The roses lasted a little more than a week, so that wasn't a long life here at the house, but they were beautiful while they lasted. I was a little hesitant to use Lizy at first given that I could not find a single review about her…read morework, but my wedding planner vouched for her, so I figured she'd be reliable. My wedding was this past August, and we met with her in person in March to see sample floral arrangements. The samples that she showed us looked great (see attached photo). About a month after the meeting, we got our first quote from her. It was higher than we anticipated, but after some back and forth, we were able to lower the price by repurposing some of the ceremony floral to be used at the reception. We were told that this would not sacrifice the quality of the florals used nor would it affect the quantity of florals in the center pieces at the reception. I wanted to donate our florals to a local nursing home after the wedding so that these expensive florals would not go to waste, and Lizy helped facilitate this for a small extra fee. Once the wedding got closer, we came across a bump in the road where we had to switch ceremony locations only a week prior to our wedding. Luckily, we were able to find a suitable alternative, and Lizy was able to visit the new location prior to the wedding which was really helpful. However, only after she visited the site were we made aware that we'd have to pay $150 for that site visit. On the day of the wedding, when we saw the florals, we were somewhat disappointed. The florals were much less voluptuous than those that we had been presented with during our in-person meeting (see attached photo). The density of florals were less, and certain aspects that we had particularly liked (e.g., the berries) were not present. Additionally, we had specifically asked to not have any of the greenery be aspen leaves (which was respected in the in-person sample we saw in March) and were disappointed to have the bouquets filled with aspen/apsen-like leaves. Also, the bouquets started falling apart and required frequent readjustments as flowers started breaking off of the bouquets. This in part was probably due to the heat, but a little frustrating to deal with during pictures and when walking down the aisle. However, we really did love the ceremony floral - we had aisle floral as well as floral on our chupa which looked really great. As far as I'm aware, all of the floral arrived on time and there were no difficulties with delivery and/or set up. All in all, the florals that we had were really pretty, though they did not meet our expectations based on our in-person meeting and the high price we paid for the florals. There was certainly nothing subpar about the floral itself, and if we had paid a few thousand less I'd say the service we received would have matched with the value of the product. However, given the price we paid, I expected higher standards regarding accountability and accuracy.

The colors were correct and they were done on time, they just weren't 'fantastic' as described by others. Upon submitting a review on the other site the vendor disputed it and I realized the reason there was only 5 star reviews was because the business disputes all others. Not very professional. The flowers were pretty and photographed well but my daughter requested peonies and only the day before was notified they would not be in the bouquet. The wrist corsages were too tight. I am astonished by the amazing customer service at Pressed Floral... My wedding was back in April…read more2024 and at that time I paid for a bloom box, an 18x24 frame and upgraded to art glass. The total investment was almost $1000 so you know I was serious about this as a wedding memento! My original flower artwork was indeed beautiful and was hung in our apartment hallway immediately... fast forward to a little over a year later, suddenly I notice there are little BUGS (small brown beetles?) crawling inside of the frame eating the flowers and the stems. I thought, how is this possible being that the frame is sealed?? I was completely devastated that I had to throw the frame away, since I live in an apartment in Hawaii I could not risk the bugs crawling out of the frame and infesting my entire place. I contacted the company with photos and videos of the infestation issue, and let them know how sad I was to lose my original wedding blooms artwork. To my complete surprise, a Pressed Floral staff replied immediately and completely empathetic of my situation, stating she would discuss with her supervisor about how to help me. I figured they would never bother to contact me again. I was WRONG -- they wrote back immediately and even offered to REPLACE the exact type of product with my exact types of wedding blooms from April 2024, free of charge to me! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting at most maybe an apology over email and a small discount towards a new product. Of course I took Pressed Floral up on the replacement flower frame offer and even requested that they design a different shape so that I wouldn't be triggered by the original artwork floral shape that got infested with bugs. Here is the final product... I am SO THRILLED!! The Pressed Floral staff assured me that the artwork would have better attention paid to the sealing step this time. When I look at my redesign, I am immediately happy and reminded of my wedding day again! I know it's not my original blooms, but the staff took care to choose exactly the same types of flowers and foliage from my original bouquet... What a blessing that I am able to enjoy this gorgeous re-design in time for the holidays. In a day and age where the customer gets lost in the corporate world of business and is forced to be on hold or talk to a call center that has no idea what you really need, here's a company that managed to not only completely surprise me with their resolution of my issue, but give me the most beautiful Christmas gift ever! All of my family and friends knew about my bug-infestation ordeal and now that I told them about the unexpected resolution, they all feel this is a company that can be trusted to provide not only a great product, but versatile solutions when things go wrong. When we contacted the company about this, they promised to "make it right," but then took months to fix the problem. The customer service representatives we dealt with were dismissive throughout, which only added to our frustration. The flowers were finally returned to us, but they had already faded--possibly due to the excess handling? I'm not sure. The frame itself also looks cheap. Either way, we're super disappointed in our experience and wish we had gone with another company.
