For example, there was a sign in the window for months that said "70% off Everything" and in very little text said that "Burberry and New Arrivals" weren't included. What this translated into was 70% off high priced obscure brand names, about 50% of merchandise; hardly "Everything". They really like to tote about their Burberry collection but its very very over-priced and I wonder how they will hold up once the Burberry store opens on Bloor Street. Sales people are some what pushy and as is typical for Yorkville they really don't have any flare for fashion and are more like sales robots.

I cannot speak to the quality of the nannies at this point in time because we did not end up following through on their services as another more favorable option popped up but we would not be hesitant to try them in the future when we need it which is the main point. As i owened a company much like this except for senior care at one point in time, I can tell you the value that you're going to get is much above market average but you have to understand the amount of work these agencies do and the kind of customer service and employee issues they end up having as a result of the nature of the business. I would suggest that anyone email them well-formated and thoughtful questions, write down your expectations and ask them to honestly go through and see if they can meet them or ask them to refer you to another place or person who could probably help you out more effectively. I do feel like their system is pretty transparent and if you go in asking the right questions then you'll come out a lot more knowledgeable and will be able to make a better decision for your family.

They are not responsible and leave your family unsupported if anything, even health or safety concerns happens to your kids or your family by their unprofessional nannies. As a father of two with the years of experience of managing hundreds of people in several companies across the world and working with many international firms, I strongly believe that Nanny Ninja is the most unprofessional unresponsive company (if we can name it a company) I have ever seen. The nanny they sent us was a horrible experience for my family, particularly for my kids. She did know nothing about taking care of the babies, was lazy, was unprofessional, and most importantly was a LIAR! As a client, even with her unsatisfactory performance we gently paid the wage in full and reported company about the poor performance and our safety/security concerns from the beginning minutes of her work. At the end of the day she was fine to continue her work the next day, but we did not want and informed company about it. Company response expected to be supportive and immediate to replace the nanny and take the responsibility of their commitment to us for providing help in those agreed days. But we not only did not receive a supportive action from them, but company cancelled their agreement without considering the tightness of my family situation based on some false statements. Nanny Ninja as the company who should have been responsible for this mess but was not, made a lot of stress, safety and security concerns for my family. I was seriously concerned particularly as Nanny Ninja owner claimed that they had recently employed this girl and had no enough experience with her! Nanny Ninja! You should be ashamed! You had sent an unprofessional stranger to my family who had hurt my little 12-month-old baby mentally and emotionally but did not take the responsibility of your failure??!!!
