The worst customer service I have never experimented online! I order 9 racks for 851,90€ in the…read morebeginning of Octobre using a 45€ voucher. 2 weeks later after calling every two days, someone told me that the voucher was not working on the website and I needed to wait again... Of course my payment was already out of my bank... A few days later I decided after a talk with another person from the customer service that I cancel... It was no problem, I will be refunded... and I was from 810€... why not more ?? because they don't refund vouchers!!! This german based company is a shame with customer service. Never order from them! NEVER EVER!

I ordered my Kundalini lamps from Ambiente Direct for two reasons - they are hard to find in the US…read moreand the prices were really low (the dollar is pretty strong right now). Everything arrived on time and in good condition. However, while I waiting for my lamps to be shipped, I tried to contact Ambiente Direct several times to make a small correction to the shipping address. This turned out to be impossible. I emailed them several times and never heard back from them. I called from my office and sat listening to the auto-attendant for 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone. I eventually gave up and figured things would work out. They did. So - I got a great price and my order was fine. However, I have no idea how I would have corrected any problems had they occurred. This company does not have any reasonable way to be contacted. I can't say I recommend them.
