This is the third house I've sold in the Peninsula, so I'm no newbie to the process. But my god, I should have listened to the "warnings" I heard from others in the community. Honesty matters in an agent-client relationship. I don't care if she finds a way to inflict revenge on me for writing this review. I feel it's a public duty to share my experience of someone who performs their job unethically. I didn't share this feedback directly with her because I knew she would feed me more lies to cover up what she did. She knows what she did. And she probably feels like she got away with it successfully. How many times will this happen before more clients speak up? It's absurd. At the outset, she assured me that she could have the house fully prepared for sale within two weeks. In reality, the process was poorly managed and lacked proper planning. Instead of ordering inspections early--when there would have been time to address any issues--she waited until after the home was staged. This created significant complications. For example, our septic system issue was only discovered late in the process, resulting in a bobcat in the yard during the first agent tour and the replacement had to go into the condition of the escrow. Additionally, plumbing problems surfaced after all staging furniture had already been installed, turning what should have been a smooth preparation into a stressful and chaotic situation. These issues could have been handled far more effectively with proper sequencing. I was also advised not to make repairs, based on her view that buyers--not sellers--should invest in improvements. In practice, this approach felt short-sighted and did not serve our best interests as sellers. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, foresight, and sound judgment. While she may have a strong reputation publicly, my direct experience--and conversations with other agents--suggest that the reality of working with her can be quite different. I cannot recommend her based on my experience.
