We drove there and he found the regulator in the alternator had failed and the alternator was only putting out 12.2 volts. He sold me a remanufactured unit, told me he had tools if I needed them, but I always carry tools in the van, just in case. Mark was very friendly and helpful during this whole experience. When I couldn't get the belt tensioner to move enough to get the serpentine belt back on, Mark bought a wrench extender and loaned it to me so I could complete the job. I recommend that O'Reilly's, but even more, I recommend Mark. He went the extra mile in helping me. Thank you, Mark

We were pulling a fifth wheel toy hauler and we were able to only go about 30 mph after that. It was Sunday and a lot of places were closed but luckily, O'Reilly was open. We pulled in and they didn't have the part but gave my husband a couple things to try to see if they would work. They didn't. However, they had a truck coming from Ogden and Ogden had the part. They were able to get the part on the truck so we didn't have to drive all the way to Ogden. That being said, it was about a 2.5 hour wait. The person assisting us (I think his name was Jeremy) gave us directions to a park with a splash pad that we could go to. We have a 2 year old and a four year old so that was very nice of him to let us know where we could take them to play and pass the time. As soon as the part arrived he called us to let us know so we didn't even have to guess if it had arrived. They were all great and I recommend them if you are needing anything for your vehicle.

With the lotto being up to 900Mil, we didn't mind waiting 2 hours since the other gas stations had lines wrapped around the outside of the building. While inside we got to see just about everything. This place seems small, but it is very well stocked full of a huge variety of snacks and drinks. They even had some candy that I hadn't seen since I was a kid. They had a couple of booths for what im guessing scratching scratch tickets and such. The building is joined to a Mexican restaurant, but we didn't try it.
