Over 15 months, I was repeatedly told it would be "put back on for diagnostics," and given several timelines when it would be ready, but none of these were followed through. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. After long periods without updates, I visited the shop in person and was told there wasn't time to provide updates, and that I would only be contacted when the vehicle was ready. The last communication I had was on January 21, 2026, and I've heard nothing since. After months without a vehicle, I had to go through insurance, which declared it a total loss due to the extended time without a working car. Even though insurance payments were made, there was no resolution, follow-up, or acknowledgment from the shop. As a business owner myself, I don't take leaving reviews lightly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop, especially for larger repairs.

So we called them and they said they would try to fit us in that day or the next. Awesome! We had a friendly neighbor jump off the truck and was able to drive it to No Sweatt. They kept it overnight and when we called to check on the status they said it was done and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Only charged us $39.96 for checking it out. I was so glad they were honest and not charge us for stuff not done. Thanks!

Had an appointment and my ride sat for a month untouched. I called after a few weeks for an…read moreestimated time frame and got some guy who was rather rude. He would not give me any estimate saying that since it was 'tire season' he didn't know when he could get to it. I explained that I had an appointment weeks ago and he basically threw his co-workers under the bus saying "You didn't have to leave it here, that was a miscommunication between the person who took your appointment and the shop". This vehicle had to be towed there so I couldn't easily just take it somewhere else. When the vehicle was 'finished' he told me I had to take it elsewhere to get aligned. When I had that done, there were parts that needed replaced which they didn't tell me about despite being directly connected to the part they replaced.

The young gal (didn't catch her name...younger, dark hair) was VERY rude. She asked if we had an appointment...my husband said no, just a question. Her exact reply was "We are very backed up today and don't have time for questions". We left. We just bought plumbing parts from them a few weeks ago. After being treated the way we were today, we will NEVER step foot in that store again. We will drive two hours to Anchorage where they go out of their way to be helpful. Do yourselves a favor...go elsewhere for your parts and avoid being treated like sh*t like we were today.
