I was trying to purchase brake and fuel lines. I went Napa because they tend to have clerks that know what they are doing. Yet, in this case, the sales clerk was condescending and unhelpful. He played head games with me ... he would say, "I don't know what you are saying or asking." But then he would go get what I was asking about. He knew, he was screwing with me because I did not speak his language. To be honest, I don't know the names of the various parts I needed. That's why I went to Napa. The clerk could have worked with me, and we could have figured it out. Actually, he did (somewhat) in the end; but his condescending and irritable tone helped me decide to go to Autozone or O'reilly. Yes, it is nice to have an expert help you out; but at what cost? I will go somewhere else hence forth. read more
