if you want to just donate money to this company just send them cash money because your probably…read morenot going to get your part you paid for, i didnt. paid 750 for a motor. i was told it was shipping over n over. they never shipped anything. i called the frieght company myself to finally catch him in his multiple fabrications. this company speedway auto parts knew my customer was stranded and had no vehicle and continued to tell me my motor was shipped. i must have called 40 times. we finally called from a cell phone and they answered. all this companies calls are from a cell phone not an office and if your lucky enough to finally get a phone call back it will be on called id as a private number. ... why try to hide?????? after finally talkin to the so called owner he said his employee had the info on my freight and then he said his boss had the info... he finally confessed the engine was still there after i told him i called both freight companys and he had never even called them for a pick up.....why cause he never even had a motor i told him, so we said we are leaving right now to come get the engine. a five hour one way trip for us. his responce was it would be gone by the time we got there. then the next comment out of the blue was oh, i refunded your money yesterday...... what a sham. this biggest. i told him i will call the attorney general if i did not recieve a confirmation # of my credit card refund asap. i repeated the 800# to him. he did call back, a miracle to give me the number and then had the nerve to tell me not to call him to buy anything ever again. bahahahahah. right, i said are you kidding me. ............... i then told him to please pray for my poooor customer that he shafted. i hope i get my money back and all the other numerous people i see that have been done the same way by speedway auto parts 3111 hwy 1 south forrest city, arkansas 72335 ..............another complaint i found: i purchased on engine from this company for $800 on december 11th 2013 and was told it would arrive within the week. it is now approaching a month and i have not heard anything from them. i have left many messages by phone and internet with no return. it seems that ****** at speedway auto parts has taken my money and now ignoring me. .....one more complaint i found:i ordered and paid for an engine on 10-03-13 $1050.00. i did not receive the engine it was damaged during shipping and was returned to the seller. i have contacted ****** several times and attempted to work this issue out with no results. i was told multiple times the engine was to be delivered next day for two weeks, i finally requested a refund of purchase price and shipping which i have already paid, to this date i have been told daily the refund has been made. i asked for them to send me a copy of the refund receipt or the batch number of the transaction so that i can track the transaction, the response was from ****** i will email that to you in just a few minutes, five hours later i have no email and ****** does not answer his phone, again. .....My opinion is this company is only brokering parts and is doing business as deceptive trade practices.
