I went into the store today and notice they have a sign on door requiring face mask coverings. However 3 of the 4 people behind the counter were not wearing any face coverings. My daughter went there several weeks ago for a part written down by her mechanic(inner tie rod, passenger-side). After 20 minutes the clerk gave her the box and not knowing the difference between inner and outer she purchased. Evidently the parts clerk knows as much about auto parts as she does for selling her the wrong part. She lost the receipt and being a REPUTABLE company they would not give a refund of the brand new, still in the plastic and their box part. I WON'T EVER ENTER A NAPA STORE AGAIN even for a taglight bulb. I've been at Mr. Tire across the street and they call napa to bring the right part and pick-up the wrong parts they delivered earlier. These guys do their best, generally helpful and courteous. I don't mind doing business with them at all.
