I said that "I have a wallered out rubber fitting that goes from a hardline to a heater control valve on a 90 Camaro." Rich found the part for me in less than 60 seconds. It fits perfectly. No hassle needed. He knew exactly where the part was. I used to be an online only part shopper to avoid dealing with the typical part store experience. Then all 5 employees at their register didn't even acknowledge the ONLY customer in the store. When I ask for a tiny bit of assistance taking the old part off I hear "we can't do that". I just literally stood here and watched you shove a half burrito in your face while at your register with no mask and now you can't help a customer?! There is more ridiculousness of how no one seems to know their front end from a back end at Napa but.... I think the point is made.
