Only then did they tell me that they did not fix the issue with my car and that they wouldn't continue trying to fix it because they didn't want to stay late. I was on a road trip and could not come back the next day. Yet, they STILL FULLY CHARGED ME FOR EVERYTHING THEY COULD. If that wasn't enough, my car has brand new electrical issues that were not there before they tinkered around with it. I left there robbed of my time and money. Trying to get any information out of them as to what they had done was like pulling teeth. Now I have to shell out even more money for a real mechanic to fix it. Total, absolute waste. If you'd like to pay a hefty price to experience terrible customer service and leave with your car more messed up than what you came in with, go here.

The truck I bought didn't have any factory warranty left and I didn't purchase any. After a couple months I had issues with the transmission. I brought it back to Drumheller Chrysler and they found a couple problems inside the transmission. Instead of fixing just what needed to be, the owner Armand stepped up and had his team do a full rebuild on my transmission at no charge! They even cleaned my truck and Armand met me at the dealership on a holiday so I could pick up my truck. Best customer service experience at a dealership by far.
