This restaurant is amazing, great customer service, awesome manager, and great pizza .

I've been wanting to try Napoli for a while, especially since they just were selected the "Best Pizza in Las Vegas" on one of the local news channels. I was in the area yesterday, so I stopped by for a slice. There's been an ad popping up on my FB from Napoli about their $2 & $3 slice lunch special, so that's what I got. The cheese slice I got was enormous. Would be a great deal at 3X the price. I must say, it was a very good slice, so good that I got another one to go. A little thicker than I normally like, but well worth the trip. This will be my go-to place if I'm in the area and craving a slice. I will be back in the near future. read more

Great pizzeria, great service!!! The restaurant is huge and spacious and it is great for large gatherings . This place has definitely plenty of dine in room for large parties. Very open and bright decor, they have a big outdoor patio too. They open early and stay open late, which is very convenient . Pizzas are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce is rich and flavorful and the toppings are always fresh and generously portioned. The flavors are on point and the pizza dough is so good. Their menu is very extensive and we have tried their hot sandwich , which was so delicious and you can tell it was freshly baked. The pasta was very tasty and filling too, freshly made along with the sauce and you can taste the difference. We have also tried their Italian pizza and calzone pizza and they were super delicious too. The prices are reasonable and the portions are huge!!! They have wine, beer, and regular soda drinks They also have a wide variety of desserts. Their tiramisu is definitely a Must try!!! So delicious ! The service was great and friendly. Everybody was so attentive and nice. Angela was extremely nice and helpful, she was so welcoming and we have enjoyed our time dining at Napoli pizzeria. No complaints! Their pizza is always spot on. We've been coming here for about 5 years. This is our go-to pizza place and we love it. We always get a large pepperoni pizza, eat 1/2 and take 1/2 home. Tho time we changed it up wirh half pepperoni and half 3-item veggie (onions, mushrooms, and spinach). Both halves were delicious! We also got the small garden salad and split it because it's a big salad. The service is consistently good; very attentive. The place is nicely decorated with green chairs and gray tables. There are also several TV's. We will keep coming back for our beloved pepperoni pizza and halve it veggie...loved it! Yum! read more

Very disappointed with my experience. We received a pizza that was severely burned on the bottom to the point where it was black and tasted burnt throughout. When I called the restaurant, the only solution offered was to replace the pizza. While I appreciate the offer to remake it, that didn't address the fact that we had already driven about 20 minutes out of our way to pick it up and would have to spend additional time and gas to return. There was no offer of a refund, store credit, or any compensation for the inconvenience. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism from the cashier. His response was simply, "I'm sorry, bruh," which felt dismissive rather than genuinely concerned about resolving the issue. Mistakes happen, but customer service is what determines whether people come back. Unfortunately, between the burnt pizza and the way the complaint was handled, I won't be returning. I am celiec and have eaten here several times ( borne raised Vegas) but the last 5 pizzas have not been great I just got home from a 12 hour shift opened up my pizza that I just picked up everything is burnt. so sad not sure what is going on with the place. Another pizza spot in my new neighborhood. I seen on their website pizza slices for $3 and $2, Monday-Friday, 12:p-5p. I went in yesterday with no expectation on how big the slices would be. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of their supreme. To my surprise, the slices were really big. I was expecting smaller slices for that special price. I had the supreme first which was very, very good. The pepperoni next up which was good. I'm definitely going to be returning again to try their other pies. The customer service was really good. The kiosk was giving us issues with ordering a pizza with our own topping selection and the server behind the counter was super helpful in assisting us in taking our order for take out. I wanted good pizza tonight and friends recommended Napoli. I called and ordered 2 pizzas. I was told it would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I ordered at 7:55 and arrived at about 8:30. I called in an order Friday evening for a single pepperoni pizza. The wait was about 20 minutes, which wasn't bad at all for a Friday night! When I arrived to pick up, there was a small line waiting to be helped. The staff were rather quick and attentive towards each individual customer. For a late night place they have a couple ways to order. I loved ordering online because it came with so many options. The ambiance is very bright and they are known for their 36" pizza! I got to see the custom sized box. I opted for the classic cheese pizza! The five cheese sounded good, but I didn't know if I would like the mix. The personal sized pizza was perfectly sized and for $10 it was a good deal. The service was okay, it made me question the cleanliness unfortunately..The guy who handed me my pizza was gloveless with the register and the trash can and it wasn't my favorite. Home of the Giant Pizzas! If you're looking for a great late night pizza and wings , Napoli really takes the win. Their wings are perfectly fried perfect with a classic buffalo sauce hot with a nice heat level. The fries are alright, pretty good side. I've never gotten anything more than the 16 inch because that's already huge for me, but I do like that they have incentives for getting larger sizes (like fundraisers, etc.) and honestly for a large party or a big family, the large pizza is a lifesaver and with the varying options for toppings, it's a great choice. The Meat Lovers a classic and a crowd pleaser. I've never actually dined in, always just to-go, but the space is a nice little pizza parlor with some outdoor seating so very casual, very chill. With the service limited to take-out I'd say they do a good job of making sure your order is correct and what you want is what you'll get; have never had any problems. read more

Decided to give Napoli Pizza a try for the first time. Was excited to try it. Ordered Delivery. Delivery was very late. When I called the location to ask about the status of my delivery order, the man who answered told me my order was still there and they didn't have delivery drivers available. (Strange considering they offer Delivery without any caveat or conditions). When I mentioned that I hope the order isn't getting cold, the man literally said "You wanna come get it?" in a VERY condescending tone. This represents incredibly POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RELATIONS. At the time of writing this, my order is now OVER AN HOUR late and STILL no sign of any Delivery or notification. This is the first and LAST TIME I will ever order from ANY Napoli Pizza location. Let me preface this by saying: this review has nothing to do with the food. It's all about the experience, which was... something else. I ordered a sandwich from Napoli's online, with a pickup time of 1:15 AM. When I showed up, surprise! The place was completely shut down. Lights off, doors locked, not a soul in sight. The next day, I called to find out what went wrong. Apparently, they close at 1:00 AM. When I pointed out that maybe, just maybe, their system shouldn't let people pay for food they literally can't pick up.I was told (with the customer service equivalent of a smirk), that I "should have checked the time." I suggested that maybe they should update their system so it doesn't accept orders past closing. Cue the saccharine, condescending tone: "Would you like us to make that now or would you like a refund?" Oh, the patrony. I went ahead and had it made. When I came to pick it up, the same employee made sure to let me know that technically I had ordered at 12:45 AM--like that somehow made it all okay. The takeaway? According to them, it was my fault for trusting their system and expecting the order to be ready at the time they gave me. Also, the kicker: they could have called me while they were still open. They had the order. They had my number. They just... didn't. So yeah, not a great experience. read more

I rarely go to Napoli for a pizza , but my work orders from here a couple times a year. The other day I was craving a semi greasy New York Pepperoni Pizza and some Chicken Fingers. I got the $11.00 Pick Up 14" One Topping Special with Pepperoni and half with Green Peppers and also an order of Medium Chicken Fingers with no fries for around $15.00. The place is pretty large inside and usually at least half full with customers dining in. Lots of people order here for takeout. When my work gets a couple pizzas from here they get the Huge 30 Inch Pizza or something like that. I'm including a picture of 2 of my co-workers holding up an empty box just to show you how big it is ! It's definitely good for an office party or football party. The pizza here is just okay , not really my go to , but when you have that certain craving it hits the spot. The chicken fingers were pretty big and pretty good and came with ranch. It's hard to believe how much chicken fingers and wings have gone up at every restaurant so you want to make sure you go somewhere that you get what you paid for. My box was pretty full. Of course I had plenty of leftovers for the next day , pizza and chicken fingers. The service here is okay , not overly friendly , but some people have commented they were rude to them , but I've never had that happen to me. Vegas has tons of places for pizza so I have several that I frequent depending on what I want , Chicago , New York , Thin , Thick , Cheap , Gourmet. Luckily we have so many choices in town unlike many places who may only have the chains to choose from. I didn't need a 2 liter of soda , but I asked just to see how much they were and they were $6.00 wow. The last 2 liter I bought I paid $2.49 for. I know it's a convenience thing , but over twice the price is a bit much. Luckily I had several cases of different sodas at home. read more

Very disappointed with the staff. I have been going here since 2019 and have not had issues. I found a hair in my ranch that I ordered for pickup. I found a hair in the ranch, midway through my meal at home. We called in and they attempted to fix the issue by asking me to go back to the restaurant, return the old ranch, and I would get a new one. I explained how unsanitary it was, and that most likely all of the ranch was from the same batch. So it all had touched the hair. So no, I don't think that's good. I tried to explain three times to the person, and ended up asking for a manager. After a long wait on hold, and explaining why I didn't want new ranch because it was all contaminated, the manager then proceeded to ask me "so would you like to come down for a new cup of ranch?" It is very frustrating trying to find a solution when the staff isn't even listening to you. I even tried asking if I could save my replacement ranch for another day and they were refusing until the end. I don't know how to feel on returning to this location if, being told that a hair in their food isn't really a concern.
